动颚总成采用高品质的铸钢制造，确保机器在最严苛的破碎条

整体式铸钢轴承室与机架的完美配合，避免了两片式轴承室给

机架带来的的不必要负荷。

“V”型的破碎腔型设计更加合理，保证实际入料尺寸和理论

入料尺寸一致，物料在破碎腔中不会发生堵料，使得破碎率和

产量最大化，同时提高颚板的利用率。

西芝的全部PEW系列颚破都配有比其它同规格颚破更大、更

坚固的偏心轴轴承。迷宫式密封设计使机器远离污染物的侵

坚固而快捷的楔块排料口调节系统，使机器即使在空转情况下

也可以在几分钟之内把排料口调到预定值，比老式的垫片式排

series of jaw crusher based on over 30 years’ experience in

designing, fabricating, and supplying the high quality jaw

technology and fabrication technology in the world. High quality

and low total cost of zenith jaw crushers have made them the

World class technologies and raw materials of PEW series jaw crusher ensure

the unparalleled applicability and reliability. Attention has been paid to even the

smallest details, so as to ensure the highest possible functionality and reliability,

without any compromises.

The moving jaw assembly is made of high-quality cast steel and driven by two

massive cast steel flywheels. A very large eccentric shaft forging and four large

spherical roller bearings driven ensure the greatest reliability even under the most

severe crushing conditions.

The single piece cast steel frame bearing housings ensure a perfect fit to the

crusher frame. They also prevent unnecessary loads to the frame bearings that

are common with 2-piece frame bearing housings.

Features

The right cavity design can improve the performance of the crusher greatly. The

"V" type cavity makes sure the real feeding size of jaw crusher equal to the

nominal one. The real feeding size of Zenith PEW series is greatly bigger than

competitors' comparable size. And this right cavity design ensures that the

materials progresses smoothly down through the crushing cavity to enable high

reduction, productivity and superb utilization of jaw plates.

All zenith PEW series jaw crushers incorporate larger and sturdier eccentric shaft

bearing than competitors' comparable size. The grease-lubricated bearings are

kept free from contamination by means of well-proven labyrinth seals.

AlI zenith PEW series jaw crushers are equipped with a proven, rugged and fast

wedge setting adjustment system. The crusher's setting can be adjusted

hydraulically in a matter of minutes, even when the machine is running without

loading. This adjustment system is simpler, safer and faster than the outdated

shim adjustment systems.

The Zenith PE Series jaw crusher delivers consistent

performance even in the most challenging conditions. Whether

it's crushing a hard, quarried stone or demolition debris, you

can depend on the Zenith jaw crusher for high production rates

and lower cost per ton.

High production rates are achieved with a wide crushing

chamber and relatively large gape, which can handle even the

large slabby material. Plus, a relatively long crushing chamber

delivers aggressive crushing action to nip even hard stone for

1.HP系列液压圆锥破碎机采用“偏心轴套绕定轴旋转”的独特工作原

理，加强了主轴的强度，为实现大功率破碎创造了条件。同时，采用了

独特的摩擦盘专利设计，通过采用粒间层压原理设计的独特破碎腔及与之

相匹配的转速，显著提高破碎比和产量，增加了成品料立方体的含量。

2.HP系列液压圆锥破碎机配置了保险油缸和锁紧油缸液压保险系统。

保险油缸不仅起保险作用，而且在机器发生过铁及瞬间闷车的情况下，

能够利用液压将支承套和定锥部顶起，自动排除破碎腔内的故障物，实

现不拆机处理故障，大大降低了原弹簧圆锥破碎机需停机进行人工排障

的烦恼，使维修更简便。

3．该机采用了新型液压调节系统，并具有自锁定位功能，调节范围广

等优点。

4．密封采用润滑脂密封，并采用有效的迷宫密封方式，避免了给水及

排水系统易堵塞的弊病，从根本上消除了原弹簧圆锥破碎机水油易混合

的缺陷。

5．破碎壁、轧臼壁采用了高锰钢材质，由于破碎腔型的改变和层压破

碎时料层的保护，使磨耗降低，致使其一般使用寿命相比老式结构圆锥

破碎机可提高30%-80%。

Our HP series hydraulic cone crusher introduces "eccentric bushing circum fixed

shaft" special working principle, the main shaft is strengthened. It is possible to

realize crushing with large power. Meanwhile, the patent of particular friction disk,

and layer pressure theory with special crushing cavity are adopted, the crushing

ratio and capacity are increased, so is the cubic product percentage.

HP series hydraulic cone crusher is equipped with hydraulic protect cylinder and

locking cylinder. The protect cylinder acts as protection part, it can lift up bearing

housing and fixed cone through hydraulic system, if machine occurs malfunction,

the foreign objects will be discharged from crushing chamber automatically,

without opening the machine. So the maintenance is easier than spring cone

crusher.

HP series hydraulic cone crusher adopts new gearing adjusting system and function

of self lock & wide adjustment.

HP series hydraulic cone crusher employs grease seal and effective labyrinth seal,

which are helpful to avoid water jam, and radically eliminate the defect of mixture of

water and oil in the traditional spring cone crusher.

Manganese steel is used in mantle and bow. Due to the cavity type change and

material layer protection, the abrasion decreases, and the service life time is

30%-80% longer than that of traditional cone crusher.

年经验的基础上，开发的最新型反击式破碎机。该系列反击式破碎机

具有重型转子设计、独特的板锤锁紧系统、衬板内部可替换、维修方

便等特点。因此，该系列反击破给客户提供一种低成本的解决方案，

1、所有的PFW系列反击破都配有一个重型转子，该转

子设计确保破碎物料时能产生最大的破碎惯性和反击力，

达到最大的破碎比和最佳的产品粒形。

2、板锤锁紧楔块同时从横向和纵向紧固住板锤，板锤

的安装和更换非常简单快捷。

3、PFW系列反击式破碎机含有两个破碎腔型，II型具

有比较高的破碎腔，可以接受更大的进料粒度；III型具

有第三个可调节的反击架，可用来加工更细的骨料。

4、液压起顶，便于更换板锤。

2. Hammer locking wedges fix the hammers both vertically and horizontally. It is very easy and quick to fit or remove the hammer.

The rear of the hammer locks easily along the whole length of the backing plate and hammer, give solid abutment positioning and

maintaining rigidity during operation.

3. PFW series impact crusher have two types, Type II has higher crushing chamber and accepts bigger feeding size; Type III has

a third adjustable break curtain, and gives higher reduction ratio and finer fraction sizes.

The Zenith impact crushers are the solution for current and future

operating conditions in which output and productivity demands are

increasingly stringent. They can be used in quarry applications for

primary, secondary, or tertiary crushing, and they may also be used in

recycling asphalt or concrete.

In this series, the rotor is redesigned to increase swing weight,

improve crushing reduction and obtain extra capacity. They are

producing high volumes of fine and chipping material due to their high

circumferential rotor speeds. Especially, they are accepting coarser

material than other type of machines at tertiary applications which

makes them first choice. It has been proved that end products are of

Features

1. Rotor is the heart of VSI, the success of the Zenith B series VSI

attributes to the application of new technology for its deep rotor.

2. The port height of deep rotor is about 50% bigger than that of

normal rotor, which means there is a bigger space between distributor

and feed eye ring, as well as between the upper and lower wearing

plates.

3. As the space inside the rotor is increased, more materials can be

fed into the rotor, and the rotor throughput increases by 30%

(sometimes even more).

4. As there is more space in the rotor, materials are shot from the rotor

more smoothly, with little throttle between the upper and lower wearing

plate. Therefore, when the materials enter the rotor, there is less wear

on the upper and lower wearing plates. The lifetime of these wearing

parts increase by 30%-50%.

5. This also means less downtime and higher crusher availability.

Vibrating Screens are used to separate materials into

VSI破碎机专门用于人工砂的制造，具有立方型

砂产量高、细度可调、生产成本低等优点，能有

效提高混凝土的耐压强度和挠曲强度，减少混凝

土配置中水泥的用量。

使用圆锥破碎机进行二级破碎，然后用立轴

冲击破整形，避免了单独使用圆锥破碎机成品

粒形不好的弊端，具有使用经济、零配件磨损

率低、成品粒形好、维护简单等优点，特别适

用于花岗岩等高硬度石料破碎生产。

Due to the shortage of natural sand resource nowadays, our company develops special VSI crusher for producing manufactured sand to replace natural sand. It features high productivity of cubical sand, adjustable fineness, low cost, effectively improving compressive strength and flexural strength, and reducing the consumption of the cement.

The cone crushers are used as the secondary crushers, followed by the VSI crusher to correct the shape of the aggregate from the cone crusher. The VSI Crusher gives cubical shape aggregate, and obviously reduces the flat and elongated particles in the final product. This combination features high efficiency, low wearing cost, good product shape, especially in crushing difficult and abrasive rock.

machine evenly in the industry of metallurgy, chemical, coal mining, construction

The gravity separation is the oldest method for tungsten, gold , tin, tantalum, niobium,
