La tecnología LED es un sistema de iluminación duradero, de bajo consumo, muy bajo voltaje, flexible y ecológico.

La electricidad pasa por un material semiconductor y parte de la energía se libera hacia el exterior en forma de luz. Según el material, esta luz tendrá una longitud de onda diferente y esto determinará el color.

La tecnología LED es actualmente la más ecológica de todas las posibles fuentes de luz. En comparación con todos los sistemas existentes para iluminación es el sistema que menos energía consume. Además, no contiene mercurio u otros materiales tóxicos, contaminantes o radioactivos.

Puesto que no requiere generar puentes de plasma como la fluorescencia o calentar el mercurio como el neón, su encendido es prácticamente inmediato incluso a bajas temperaturas.

La temperatura de funcionamiento es mucho más amplia. Puede trabajar a temperaturas inferiores a 0º C sin ver afectada su intensidad.

The LED technology is a durable, low-power, low voltage, flexible and ecological lighting system.

El criterio aquí es la representación de color ca-racterística de una fuente de luz. Se llama El índi-ce general del rendimiento del color (Ra).El índice de reproducción cromática (CRI) es una medida cuantitativa de la capacidad de la fuente de luz de reproducir los colores de los objetos diferentes fielmente en comparación con una fuente de luz natural o ideal.El grado en que luz es capaz de hacer que los objetos aparecen su verdadero color es conoci-do como el rendimiento del color.El valor de una luminaria en una escala Ra está mostrando su índice del rendimiento en color (CRI).El índice de 0 a 100, por ejemplo, el incan-descente es 100 Ra que significa el valor más alto del CRI, si es 0 Ra significa lo más bajo del CRI. El cambio medio en esas muestras de ocho co-lores se divulga como el Ra o CRI.

The criterion here is the color rendering property of a light source. Todos los pedidos cursados implican la aceptación íntegra por parte del comprador de las presentes Condiciones Generales de Venta.LED BCN, S.L. no se hace responsable de los problemas derivados por posibles erratas en las fotografías, medidas y/o datos que aparecen en el catálogo.

PedidosTodos los pedidos deben realizarse por escrito, vía fax 93 374 16 64 ó e-mail a [email protected] ó también a cualquiera de las direcciones de correo electrónico de los comerciales asignados a su cuenta en nuestra empresa.

PreciosSe aplicarán las tarifas vigentes en la fecha de recepción del pedido con los descuentos acordados. Para artículos fuera de catálogo y ejecuciones especiales se tendrá que solicitar oferta explícita. LED BCN se reserva el derecho a modificar, tanto los productos como los precios de los mismos sin previo aviso para aquellos productos no sujetos a pedidos confirmados.

EntregasEl lugar que se considera de entrega del material, por lo tanto de venta, es siempre nuestro almacén, por lo que las mercancías viajan por cuenta y riesgo del comprador. En caso de dificultades graves LED BCN atenderá los pedidos en función de sus posibilidades.

Plazos de entregaLos plazos de entrega se confirmarán en el momento de cursar el pedido y serán siempre a título orientativo por lo tanto los retrasos que pudiesen existir no implicarán la cancelación del pedido ni la imputación de penalizaciones.

TransporteLos portes serán siempre a cargo del comprador, salvo en los casos en que se pacte lo contrario. El destinatario tiene la obligación de examinar la mercancía a su recepción, y hacer constar las incidencias, si las hubiere en el albarán de entrega o reclamar en un plazo máximo de 48 horas a su agencia de transporte si envió a porte debido ó a LED BCN si fue a porte pagado.

Anulación de pedidosTodos los pedidos deben ser anulados por escrito. Si la anulación se produjese posteriormente a la expedición de pedido, se procederá a tratar como una devolución, cuyo procedimiento se explica en el punto “devoluciones”. Los pedidos de ejecución especial no podrán ser anulados si ya están en proceso de producción.

MuestrasTodas las muestras de material deberán ser solicitadas bajo pedido y serán facturadas. Una vez devueltas (siempre en su embalaje original) serán abonadas íntegramente salvo en los casos que hayan sufrido desperfectos o modificaciones.

Ejecuciones especialesCualquier realización fuera de catálogo se ha de consultar de forma individualizada para conocer su viabilidad, precio y plazo de entrega.

DevolucionesLED BCN, aceptará devoluciones de todos los materiales que aparezcan en su lista de precios.

Requisitos formales:1.- El cliente debe haber formulado su pedido original por escrito (fax, e-mail...)2.- Debe haberse solicitado a LED BCN autorización de devolución3.- El material no debe haber sufrido ningún tipo de desperfecto ó manipulación no autorizada.

Plazos: 1.- El plazo para solicitar autorización de devolución será como máximo

90 días naturales contados a partir de la fecha de expedición de la mercancía.

2.- El plazo para la devolución de la mercancía será como máximo 30 días naturales contados a partir de la autorización de devolución (el cual será notificado por LED BCN por escrito)

Condiciones:LED BCN estará facultada a no aceptar ninguna devolución, cualquiera que fuese el motivo de ésta, en los siguientes casos: •Incumplimientodelosrequisitosformalesy/odeplazos. •Materialesfueradecatálogo. •Ejecucionesespeciales(electrificado,medidasetc…distintosdel

estándar) •MaterialpintadoencolordistintodelestándarTodas las devoluciones de material que hayan sido debidamente autorizadas, se remitirán a LED BCN a portes pagados.

Abonos:LED BCN, procederá a abonar todas las devoluciones (que cumplan todos y cada uno de los requisitos formales, de plazos y condiciones) por un importe del 85% del facturado originalmente. El 15% restante irá destinado a soportar los costes originados por las devoluciones (manipulación, embalajes, control de calidad…) .Los abonos que se originen por causas diferentes a devoluciones (error dto. Diferencia precio, portes…etc.) también estarán condicionados a los requisitos formales de plazo, es decir el pedido original debe haberse formulado por escrito y ser reclamado como máximo 45 días naturales contados a partir de la fecha de expedición de la factura. Será imprescindible que el cliente esté al corriente de sus obligaciones de pago.

CalidadTodos los productos suministrados por LED BCN disponen de la certificación CE, además de otras normativas y han sido sometidos a rigurosos controles de calidad que garantizan su correcto funcionamiento. LED BCN trabaja permanentemente para mejorar y adecuar sus fabricados. Por ello nos reservamos el derecho a modificar, suprimir ó ampliar nuestros productos sin previo aviso, y sin que ello sea motivo de reclamaciones.

GarantíaLED BCN, cubre sus productos con una garantía comercial de 2 años por defecto de fabricación, considerados a partir de la fecha de entrega del mismo, siendo por este motivo reemplazados sin cargo alguno. Los productos profesionales de iluminación leds están exentos del coste de instalación. El diseño y montaje de la instalación es ajeno LED BCN y la responsabilidad de la misma corre a cargo de cada cliente. En lo concerniente a horas de vida en los productos led se considera como “expectativa de vida” del diodo led, no afectando a las fuentes de alimentación (driver de led) incluidos ,para los que LED BCN garantiza un período de 12 meses .LED BCN no garantiza la comercialidad o idoneidad de los productos para un destino concreto .La responsabilidad de LED BCN se limita al precio del producto defectuoso, y no le será exigible ninguna otra responsabilidad por garantía o cualquier otro concepto, explicita o inexplícita, salvo la aquí establecida. Los daños ocasionados por dispositivos externos, descargas eléctricas, subidas de tensión, utilización de fuentes no idóneas para el dispositivo led ó una incorrecta manipulación del producto invalidan dicha garantía.

Reserva de propiedadLED BCN se reserva el derecho de propiedad de todos los materiales que suministre, hasta que el comprador haya satisfecho el pago total de los mismos.

JurisdicciónPara cualquier discrepancia o litigio que se derive de las citadas Condiciones Generales de Venta, ambas partes se someten a competencia de los Juzgados y Tribunales de Barcelona, con expresa renuncia a su fuero propio.

General conditions of sale

All orders placed imply the full buyer acceptation of the GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE.LED BCN, S.L. will not take the liability for the problems arising from possible errors in the photographs, measures and/or data appearing in the catalogue.

OrdersAll the orders should be placed in writing, via fax 0034-933741664 or by e-mail at [email protected] or as well to any e-mails of the commercials assigned to their account in our company..

PrecisThere will be applied rates in force on the date of reception of the order with the agreed discounts. For the articles not included in the catalogue and special executions an explicit quotation must be requested.LED BCN reserves the right to modify the products as well as their prices without prior notice for those products not subjected to confirmed orders.

DeliveriesThe place considered to be of delivery, therefore sales, is always our warehouse, for the goods travels on the account and on the buyer`s risk.In the event of serious difficulties, LED BCN will attend orders according to their possibilities.

Terms of DeliveryThe delivery term will be confirmed once the order is placed and will be always a title indicative, therefore delays that could exist will not involve the cancelation of the order or the imputation of penalties.

Terms of FreightThe transportation cost will be always in charge of the buyer, except in cases in which is agreed otherwise.The recipient has the obligation of examine the goods at the time of the reception and to record the incidents, if they are any, in the delivery note or claim within a maximum of 48 hours to its transportation agency if he sent to due fee or claim to LED BCN if it was paid fee.

Cancellations of OrdersAll the orders must be cancelled in writing. If the cancellation is made after the expedition of the order, shall be treated as a return whose procedures are explained in point ¨return¨. The orders with special versions of items (off catalogue) cannot be cancelled if they are in the process of production.

SamplesAll the samples must be requested under order and they will be invoiced. Once they are returned (always in the original box) will be paid entirely except in the cases which they have suffered damage or modifications.

Special ExecutionsAny orders with special version of items (off catalogue) will have to be consulted individually to learn about its viability, price and delivery time.

ReturnsLED BCN will accept the returns of the goods that are listed in the price list.

Formal Requirments:1.- the customer must have placed their original order in writing (e-mail, fax….)2.- the customer must have requested to LED BCN return authorization3.- the goods should not have suffered any kind of damage or unauthorized manipulation.

Deadlines: 1.- The deadline to apply for authorization of return will be as max 90

calendar days from the expedition date of the merchandise. 2.- the deadline for the returns will be as max 30 calendar days from the

authorization date of the return ( which will be notified by LED BCN in writing)

Conditions:LED BCN has the right not to accept any return, whatever the reason for this in the following cases: •failuredeadlinesand/orformalrequirements. •materialsoffthecatalogue. •specialorders(electrical,sizesetc..differentfromthestandard) •materialpaintedindifferentcolorfromthestandard

All the returns that LED BCN has been authorized will be returned pre-paid to LED BCN.

Credit Notes:LED BCN will issue credit notes for the returns (that meet all and each formal requirement of deadline and conditions) for an amount of 85% of the originally invoiced. The 15% remain will be intended to cover the costs arising from the return (manipulation, packaging, quality control….). The credit notes for any other reasons that returns (disc. error, price difference, fees….)will also meet the formal requirements of deadline, which means the original order should have been placed in writing and been claimed up to maximum 45 calendar days counted from the expedition date of the invoice.It is essential that the customer is updated his payment obligations.

QualityAll the goods supplied by LED BCN have CE certificates, in addition to other laws and have been subjected to rigorous quality controls that will warranty their proper functioning. LED BCN constantly works to improve and update their products. Therefore we reserve the right to modify, delete or expend our products without previous notifying, and without being reason for claims.

GuarantyLED BCN covers the products with a commercial guaranty of 2 years for manufacture´s default, considered from the date of its delivery, being therefore replaced free of charge. The professional led light products are exempt from the cost of installation. The design and the installation are not in charge of LED BCN and it is the customer´s responsibility. Regarding the span life of the led products it is referring to the led diode ¨life neither expectancy¨, nor affecting the drivers for which LED BCN gives a 12 months guarantee. LED BCN does not warrant the merchantability or suitability of the products for a specific destination. The liability of LED BCN is limited to the price of the defected product, and it won´t be required any other liability for warranty or any other concept, explicit or inexplicit if not stated otherwise. Damage due to external devices, electrical download, increase in voltage, use of not suitable drivers for the device led or an incorrect product manipulation invalidates the warranty.

Reservation of PropertyLED BCN reserves the right to ownership of all materials supplied, until the buyer has complied with the full payment of the same.

JurisdictionAny discrepancy or dispute arising out of the above General Terms of Sale, both parties submit to jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction.
