AP28 Metering device

Description:An electronically controlled metering device witha stepping motor drive. This unit gives anaccurate repeatable size control. The unit isavailable with single or dual controls forintermitent metering.

Operation:The electronic control utilizes a synchronizer toactivate the sttepping motor driven metering headin unison with sewing speed. Tension settings arechanged by pushing buttons on the control box.To increase the tension decrease the number andvice versa.

Options:Dual control for intermitent metering

Dispensador Electrónico AP28

DescripciónUn rodillo alimentador de elástico con regulaciónelectrónica con motor paso apaso. La unidadsiempre entrega el elástico con la medidacorrecta. Disponible con doble control paradispensar intermitentemente.

Operación:Los controles electrónicos utilizan unsincronizador que mantiene las velocidades de lamáquina y del rodillo alimentador de elástico a lapar. Las tensiones se cambian presionandobotones en la caja de controles. Para aumentar latensión disminuya el número y viceversa.

Opciones:Doble control para corturas intermitentes.

Caution:Sewing head must be properly grounded toprevent damage to this equipment.Ground strap is included.

Precaución:El cabezal de la máquina de coser debe tener unaconexión a tierra para evitar daño al equipo.La conexión a tierra es incluida.

With OHM meter, check ground connection fromsewing head to control box and from control boxto power supply’s main ground connection.

Con un OHMÍMETRO, cheque la conexión delcabezal a la caja de control y de la caja de controla la conexión a tierra del toma corrientes.
