INTRODUCTION

The Temperature Sensor PT100 was constructed obeying the strict quality standards, designed to work in dry

transformers and oil, machinery ovens, stoves. Meets requirements levels, supportability and reliability in

accordance with IEC, DIN, IEEE, ABNT.

It is ideal for installations subject to weather and electrical disturbances. The principle of measurement is to

evaluate the variation in electric resistance with temperature using the temperature coefficient of pure

platinum is 0.385 Ohm / K, according to IEC 751 (DIN43760). The IEC data are valid for values of nominal

resistance of 100 ohms at 0 ° C. This standard also defines tolerance classes A and B in the range of - 200-850 ° C
