Product rangeThe PK extra-low voltage sockets and plugsensure the non-interchangeability by meansof two reference elements: a guide spline on the plug which matches

with a corresponding nib on the socket,always at a xed 6 oclock position

a secondary keyway, also this a spline onthe plug, to which corresponds a nib onthe socket, at different clock positionsaccording to the operating characteristics.

The clock position (h) of the secondarykeyway is checked by observing, with thesocket viewed from the front, the position ofthe nib in relation to the main keyway, alwayspositioned at 6 oclock, in accordance with

the IEC 309-1 and IEC 309-2 standard.

Sockets with safetytransformersSockets with safety transformers are used topower circuits with a voltage rating of 50Vmaximum, in order to protect people fromdirect and indirect contacts, in conformitywith IEC364 standards.The units integrates the socket, the powertransformer and the transformer protectionfrom any overloading.They are available in different versions tomeet the needs of the various distributionenvironments:

PK Unika Series, for any tertiary andindustrial plants and, especially, forcombined use with other power systemsinstalled in different ways: one by one,through modular bases or on Kaedrasystem socket enclosures;

PK Isoblock Series, for installations inheavy industry or agriculturalenvironments, where they are exposed toaggressive chemical agents, oils andgrease and frequent jets of water oraccidental shocks.
