Pure digital technology is the state-of-the art technology based on an accurate simulation of the eye-lens model. Lenses(because the model is fully binocular) are considered in its full complexity. They can have prism, pantoscopic tilt,wrapping angle, any frame shape, and can be located at any distance from the eye. Pure digital will manage back and front surfaces, not just spherical, torical or standard aspherical or atorical surfaces. For every lens design, each gaze direction is simulated at the distance it will be focusing in the real world. Rays will come from any point of the object space into the retina of the eye. Skew rays are possible, and finite size pupils are considered. Finally, image quality is computed by means of an imaging model taking into account eye and lens characteristics. This type of lens designs represents the highest optical quality and advanced technology in the market. Lenses produced with this technology are top quality products, with complete personalization.

LDS integrates the results of each step calculating a lens design in a proprietary process based on advanced three-dimensional calculation that takes into account the real position of the lens and the natural movement of the human eye. R & D does not stop at using digital technology for increased precision in design transfer to our lenses. Visionweb Spectacle Lens Ordering Guide Follow these instructions to get started.
1. Log into Vision Web Visit www.Visionweb.com and submit your Visionweb user name and password in the Member Login section. Eyetopia Members have a pre- Member Login that can be obtained from your Eyetopia Rep. Or call 1-800-662-8264. Access is only a phone call away. Any issues call RGV Optics at 855.882.1336.
2. Access the Spectacle Lens Ordering ServiceOnce you’ve logged in select “Rx Lens” from the Order Now Section. Select to place a New Order
3. Enter Patient Rx information and select RGV Eyetopia- McAllen
4. Select Job Type and Lens OptionsSelect job type and lens type for order. Eyetopia special pricing is marked Eyetopia next to the product.
5. Complete the orderFollow all the steps through the order and once done you can save, or click send order now at the right bottom tab. After the order has been sent you can print an order confirmation and track the order through the Track order section.
Progressive Warranty
For all Digital progressives, we provide a one-time remake for the period of 365 days after the original
invoice date on the same progressive lens. Replacement orders must be the original Rx and in the original frame within the warranty period. Progressive Non-Adapt Warranty.
For non-adapt on all Digital progressives, we provide a one-time remake for the period of 60 days after the
original invoice date on the same progressive lens. All Non-digtal progressives receive a 30-day warranty after the original invoice date.
Anti-Reflective Warranty
Our Crizal Easy UV and AR-24 Plus coatings receive 365 day warranty from the date of the
original invoice under wear and tear conditions. One year or one time replacement. Our premium Crizal Alize UV and Avance UV coatings carry a two year or one time replacement. Replacement orders must be the original RX and in the original frame within the warranty period. A/R -15 has no warranty
Drill Mount Warranty
Drilled, grooved or rimless lenses will be replaced for cracking or starring as follows: Hi-Index 1.67,
Trivex or Polycarbonate: 90 days; CR39 and 1.60, 1.74 no warranty is provided.
Lab Error Replacement
If processed lenses are found to be outside the ANSI standards within 30 days of the original invoice
or contain a cosmetic defect, replacement lenses will be provided on a priority basis upon receipt of the original lenses at no extra cost.
Doctor Supplied Lenses or Patient’s Own Frame
We do not accept responsibility or liability for either frames or lenses supplied by the patient or doctor,
including loss, damage, or processing error.
Scratch Warranty
If lens does not carry a manufacturers warranty, customer may purchase RgvO scratch warranty ($6.00)
to receive a one time replacement for lens scratches under normal patient use in the original frame with original

Electronic Orders
Orders received online will be sequenced in queue for production. Rgv Optics will not
accept liability for electronic orders that contain errors when submitted to the lab. Make sure to verify all orders carefully before submitting them.
Non-Electronic Orders
We accept phone and fax orders. All phone orders are read back at the time the order is
received to ensure accuracy. For faxed orders, make sure they are in dark ink and legible.
Rx Cancellations
Orders cancelled before processing will not incur any charges. Orders cancelled after
processing has begun will be billed at 50% of full invoice value.
Stock Lens Return Policy
Credits will be issued upon receipt of original lenses within 90 days from original invoice.
Returned lenses are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We are not able to give any credits back on CR-39 stock product.
Past Due Status
Accounts over 30 days past due are levied a 2.0% finance charge monthly. Accounts 60
days or more past due will be placed on hold and are not eligible for credits, discounts, promotions, or incentives and will not have use of warranties until the account is current.
Shipping & Handling Policy
All invoices will have a $1.95 charge for web ordering and handling (subject to fuel
surcharge adjustments) per job. Special shipping requirements (overnight, courier) will be charged the actual shipping cost.
Rgv Optics assumes full responsibility for all eyewear shipped from our lab. We cannot be
held responsible for anything shipped to us which is damaged, or not received. Price lists are subject to change without notice and orders accepted are subject to prevailing price, terms, and conditions at the time of shipment.
