Aplicaii: utilizate n special la colectarea levigatului i a biogazului n depozitele de deeuri.
Avantaje: capacitate de a rezista la ncrcri i ocuri mari caracteristice depozitelor de
deeuri; se pot realiza cu uurin instalaii de captare a levigatului sau biogazului cu
configuraii complexe; pstrarea caracteristicilor hidraulice pe toat durata de via n
condiiile unei exploatri corecte; durata de via estimat de peste 50 ani.

Applications: used mainly to collect the leachate and biogas in landfills. Advantages: able to withstand
the landfills shocks and loadings; installations with complex configurations can be easily made for
capturing leachate or biogas; keeping hydraulic characteristics throughout the lifetime, when properly

Underground lift pump drainage water stations represent an automatic solution,
used as a point of collecting, recovering, pumping out and ascending drainage
and/or pluvial waters, from areas beneath the level of sewage systems. All the
products are according to SR EN 12050-1, 2, 3 & 4 and SR EN 12056-4. The
elements of the lift pump station are: receiving basin, electro-pump, command and
controlling elements.
Advantages: compact, perfectly sealed, minimum ground area occupied; easy to
install; easy to extract the pumps, in order to be maintained in perfect condition;
check valve to prevent back flow; multiple ways of connection, for a maximum
angle of 315; automatic control of the station, through the automatic or manual
control of the station.

Descriere: geocompozit de drenaj tridimensional fabricat din monofilamente extrudate de PP(polipropilen)

Geocompozite tridimensionale de drenaj n an
Descriere: geocompozit pentru drenaj vertical n anuri, realizat prin lipirea la cald a patru componente
geosintetice: miezul de drenaj realizat din monofilamente extrudate; filtrul din material geotextil neesut de o
parte i de alta a miezului de drenaj; geotextilul interior de separaie.
Avantaje: simplu i uor de fixat n an, sistemul de drenaj putnd fi acoperit cu uurin; costuri cu punerea n
oper mai mici dect la sistemele convenionale de drenaj (cu pietri), preul pietriului depinde ntr-o mare
msur de costul tra nsportului la antier; este sigur - muncitorii nefiind nevoii s intre n an pentru a face
instalarea; la fabricarea geocompozitului se folosesc cantiti reduse de resurse naturale; costul transportului
este mai mic dect n cazul folosirii materialelor tradiionale.
Three - dimensional drainage geocomposites
Three-dimensional drainage geocomposites, formed of a three-dimensional geomat made by extruded
monofilaments in polypropylene (PP) set in a cuspated configuration or in a configuration with parallel
channels, jointed by thermobonding with one or two nonwoven geotextiles in polypropylene (PP) (LC or LCL
version), or one nonwoven geotextile in polypropylene (PP) and a barrier layer (version ICL).
Advantages: Provides a lightweight alternative to traditional sand and gravel drains; excellent durability and
hydraulic performance; filtration maintenance properties, thus avoiding drain core clogging; protection of the
drainage core; permeability of gas and liquids crossing the filters; molds to irregular surfaces and corners; easy
and cheap installation; high hydraulic and mechanical properties; continuous flow even under high loads; 10

Three - dimensional trench drainage geocomposites Geocomposite for
vertical drainage in trenches consisting of four geosynthetic materials: a
draining core in extruded monofilaments, two external geotextile layers with a
filtration function, one internal geotextile separator layer.
Advantages: quick and easy assembly at the bottom of the trench. The system
is laid in the trench simply and rapidl y; installation costs are lower than with
conventional methods (gravel). Inert materials are expensive and prices
depend largely on the logistics of the work site; workers are not required to
enter the trench during installation; "reduced use of increasingly precious
natural resources; cheaper transportation.

grosimi cuprinse ntre 0,6 si 3 mm, putnd avea feele netede sau texturate, fiind comercializat n suluri cu
limea de 5,1 sau 8 m i cu lungimea pn la 200 m.
Avantaje: geomembrana HDPE este rezistent la aciunea majoritii substanelor chimice, acizi, baze, sruri, nu
este afectat de mucegai i microorganisme, nu poate fi penetrat de rdcinile vegetaiei din apropierea
acesteia. Geomembrana HDPE nu afecteaz calitatea apei potabile.
Aplicaii: etanarea i acoperirea depozitelor de deeuri, a iazurilor de decantare, a rezervoarelor pentru
colectarea apelor uzate din industrie sau agricultur; etanri ale fundaiilor rezervoarelor; etanri ale parcrilor,
ale staiilor de carburani, ale autostrzilor; izolri pentru prevenirea contaminrii apelor subterane; p r o t e c i e
mpotriva exfiltraiilor de ap din lacuri, ruri, canale, rezervoare de ap potabil i rezervoare de ap nepotabil,
din canale de irigaii, diguri i baraje; izolarea tunelelor, podurilor i viaductelor; izolaii n domeniul construciilor;

Advantages:
geomembranes withstand the effects of chemicals, acid, alkaline and salt solutions. The Geomembrane is not
affected by mildew and micro-organisms. Furthermore, the Geomembrane cannot be penetrated by the roots

Geotextile neesute
Descriere: geotextilul neesut este un material realizat din fibre de PP ( polipropilen), PET (poliester) sau n
amestec prin tehnologia de mpungere a acelor, cu grosimi de la 1,5 la 6,6 mm la 2kPa i mas specific de la 130
la 1200 g/m. n funcie de aplicaie se pot utiliza: geotextile neesute fr tratament termic, geotextile neesute
cu tratament termic, geotextile cu fibre de nalt rezisten, geotextile cu rezisten mare la combustie.
Geotextilul neesut este ambalat n suluri avnd lungimea desfurat de la 60 la 130m, cu limea pn la 6,5m.
Avantaje: este rezistent la mucegai, bacterii, soluri acide (PP, PET), soluri alcaline (PP), la majoritatea
substanelor chimice, rezistent la combustie. Expunerea la razele solare (radiaia UV) trebuie minimizat pentru a
se evita fotodegradarea. La cerere se pot livra i geotextile neesute cu protecie UV.

EN Nonwoven geotextiles Nonwoven geotextiles are made of PP (polypropylene) fibres, PET (polyester) fibres or
both, using the needlepunching technology. Depending on the application you can use one of the nonwoven
geotextile types like nonwoven geotextile without thermical treatment, with thermical treatment, with high strength
fibres or with higher resistivity against combustion. Geotextile sheets are up to 6,5 m wide, 1,5 to 6,6mm thick, areal
weight from 130 to 1200 g/m and length from 60 to 200 m. Nonwoven geotextiles are delivered in rolls.
Advantages: they are resistant to mildway, bacteria, acidic soils (PP, PET), alkalinic soils (PP), most chemicals and
combustion. Exposure to sunlight (UV radiation) should be minimized in order to avoid photodegradation. We can
supply versions of our geotextiles with enhanced UV protection.

Aplicaii: ranforsarea drumurilor, aleilor, cilor de acces, a suprafeelor teraselor, protecia nisipului,

Geocompozite bentonitice
Geocompozit format din bentonit sodic ntre dou straturi protectoare de geotextil, cel superior, geotextil
esut de nalt rezisten, i cel de baz, geotextil neesut.
Avantaje: ciclurile nghe - dezghe, de uscare - hidratare, tasrile inegale, nu afecteaz performanele
hidraulice ale geocompozitului bentonitic graie plasticitii i capacitii de regenerare a bentonitei; u u r i n
de punere n oper n comparaie cu argi la compactat; cheltuielile de transport mult diminuate n comparaie
cu argila, un camion de geocompozit echivalnd cu 400 de camioane de argil; uniformitate a caracteristicilor
pe ntreaga suprafa a geocompozitului, acesta fiind supus unor controale riguroase de calitate, n comparaie
cu caracteristicile argilei compactate care depind de omogenitatea materialului, echipamentele folosite, starea
vremii, configuraia amplasamentului i factoru l uman; folosire eficient a volumului excavat, prin folosirea
geocompozitului bentonitic mrindu-se volumul util cu 10%.
Aplicatii: impermeabilizarea structurilor diverse cum ar fi gropi de deeuri, iazuri de decantare, rezervoare,

transversal, precum i de o elongaie foarte mic. Proprietile sale deosebite l recomand pentru folosirea n
cele mai diverse lucrri de construcii. Livrarea geotextilului esut se face n suluri avnd limea de 5,2 sau
5,25m, lungimea desfurat 100m, masa specific de la 470 la 1600 g/m.
Avantaje: posibilitatea construirii pe suprafee foarte abrupte, pe suprafee cu substrat slab; reducerea
cantitii de material de umplutur i a suprafeei amenajate; structura esut a geotextilului asigur nu numai
separarea umpluturii de substrat i prevenirea mixrii acestora ci permite i scurgerea apei din amenajare pe
toat durata de via a acesteia; structur a particular a geotextilului esut permite formarea pe suprafaa lui a

Woven PP geotextiles It is a black woven geotextile, manufactured through special weaving processes from
PP (polypropylene) strip fibres and it is characterized by its high breaking strength at very low elongation. Its
positive properties allow a wide range of applications. Geotextile sheets are 5,2 or 5,25 m wide, areal weight
from 470 to 1600 g/m and 100 m long. Woven geotextile are available in rolls.
Advantages: possibility of building very steep surfaces also on bad subsoils; high reduction of used filling
material and reduction of built-up area, woven structure of material ensures not only a separation of a
foundation layer from the subsoil and prevents its mixing but also enables water passing through the whole
construction during its lifetime. The special woven structure of geotextile enables the creation of a natural filter
made from soil particles on its surface, therefore geotextile does not clog for a very long time. Lifetime - at least
25 years.
Applications: reinforcement of foundation layers with weak subsoil for construction of roads, motorways,

Asphalt reinforcement geogrids
It is a black geogrid, made of synthetic fibers with polymeric bitumen coated, in order to realise a good adhesion
of the geogrid and the asphalt and of asphalt layers, designed to prevent surfa ce cracks in roads, to reduce
maintanance costs and increase their lifetime.
Advantages: good adhesion caracteristics with asphalt; high tensile strength in both directions and low
elongation; excellent behavior at temperature variations; long term durability of the road to dynamic loads;
good resistance at ageing.
Applications: road and airport surface reinforcement; overlays to old concrete roads; reconstruction
and maintenance of old road surfaces.
