IMPORTANT1. A 24" (610 mm) minimum clearance is required on the return air, control box and piping sides. However, a 36" (914 mm) clearance allows for easier serviceability.2. A 12" (305 mm) minimum clearance is required on Side A to gain access to panel to remove locking collar for shaft removal.3. A 6" (152 mm) clearance is required on Side B to remove screws holding top panel.4. Top clearance is required for fan shaft removal.5. Some codes dictate a 60" (1524 mm) clearance above the control box which could be violated with a ducted return. Check your local codes.

Notes: 1. The hand of unit is determined by looking at
the return air (filter) side. The piping and electrical connections are always made on the “hand” side of the unit. The return air (filter) side is considered the “front” of the unit.
2. The fan motor is always located at the piping/ electrical connection (hand) side of the unit.

Transformations to supply duct have maximum
slope of 1" to 7". 2. Square elbows with double thickness vanes may
be substituted. 3. Do not install ducts so that the air flow is counter
to fan rotation. If necessary, turn fan deck assembly and motor.
4. Transformations and units shall be adequately supported so no weight is on the flexible connection.

Notes: 1. Operation below 40°F EWT is based upon a 15% methanol antifreeze solution. 2. Performance stated is at the rated power supply; performance may vary as the power supply varies from the rated. 3. See performance correction tables for operating conditions other than those listed above. 4. Interpolation is permissible; extrapolation is not. 5. For performance data outside the EAT listed, refer to the McQuay Selection Tools selection program 6. Tables do not reflect fan or pump power corrections for AHRI/ISO conditions.
EWT (°F) = Entering Water Temperature
GPM = Water flow rate in Gallons Per Minute
WPD (ft. of Water) = Water Pressure Drop
EAT (°F), Cooling = Entering Air Temperature, Dry Bulb-Wet Bulb
EAT (°F), Heating = Entering Air Temperature, Dry Bulb-Wet Bulb
Total (Btu/hr) = Total Cooling/Heating Capacity
Sensible (Btu/hr) = Sensible Cooling Capacity
Power Input (kW) = Total Power Input to unit
THR (Btu/hr) = Total Heat of Rejection
EER = Energy Efficiency Ratio
THA (Btu/hr) = Total Heat of Absorption
LAT (°F) = Leaving Air Temperature
COP = Coefficient of Performance

Notes: 1. Operation below 40°F EWT is based upon a 15% methanol antifreeze solution. 2. Performance stated is at the rated power supply; performance may vary as the power supply varies from the rated. 3. See performance correction tables for operating conditions other than those listed above. 4. Interpolation is permissible; extrapolation is not. 5. For performance data outside the EAT listed, refer to the McQuay Selection Tools selection program 6. Tables do not reflect fan or pump power corrections for AHRI/ISO conditions.
EWT (°F) = Entering Water Temperature
GPM = Water flow rate in Gallons Per Minute
WPD (ft. of Water) = Water Pressure Drop
EAT (°F), Cooling = Entering Air Temperature, Dry Bulb-Wet Bulb
EAT (°F), Heating = Entering Air Temperature, Dry Bulb-Wet Bulb
Total (Btu/hr) = Total Cooling/Heating Capacity
Sensible (Btu/hr) = Sensible Cooling Capacity
Power Input (kW) = Total Power Input to unit
THR (Btu/hr) = Total Heat of Rejection
EER = Energy Efficiency Ratio
THA (Btu/hr) = Total Heat of Absorption
LAT (°F) = Leaving Air Temperature
COP = Coefficient of Performance
