Mason Arnold (Ensemble) is a freshman appearing in his third show at CCA. Last year, he was in the ensemble for Fiddler on the Roof and he played both Inspector Lestrade and Hawker in The Baker Street Irregulars. He enjoys listening to music, playing video games and playing soccer for CCA. He would like to thank his parents for helping so much with driving to practice and bringing food and his fantastic teachers for all the numerous hours of guidance and instruction. Alexa Black (Adela/Ensemble) is a senior who loves music, dancing and acting. Previous roles include Chava in Fiddler on the Roof, Hermia in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Patsy in Crazy for You and Louisa von Trapp in The Sound of Music. She serves as secretary of NHS, vice prefect of Integritas and is the secretary for House Council. She is thankful for her parents who encourage her in every way, her sister who is always there and to God for the gifts and talents He has given her. She would like to thank her family and friends for all their love and support. “I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13

Alexandria Blume (Ensemble) is in fifth grade. Last summer, she was in Disney’s The Lion King, Jr. at CCA. She loves animals and hopes to become a vet, and have a small house with a lot of land. She would like to thank her friends for supporting her, especially Katelyn Bonhard and Katie Lambert.

Rebekah Boatright (Andrina/Ensemble) is a sophomore making her stage debut in The Little Mermaid. Last year, she served as the director’s assistant for Fiddler on the Roof. Rebekah is a member of Chorale and for the past two years was selected for TPSMEA All-Region Choir and TPSMEA All-State Choir. She loves to sing, serves on her youth praise team at church, and wants to major in music education. She would like to thank her mom and dad for all their support.

Lexi Browning (Choreographer/Ensemble/Featured Dancer) is a senior who is no stranger to the stage. A retired championship Irish Dancer, Lexi has competed many times nationwide. Previous CCA production roles include a featured dancer in Fiddler on the Roof, Mitzi in Crazy for You, beggar woman/French woman/Fahkir in Around the World in 80 Days, and she served as the lighting assistant for The Sound of Music. Lexi has been a member of CCA’s varsity cheer squad for the last three years, and helped her team earn back-to-back state championships. “For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing to the glory that is to be revealed to us.” Romans 8:18

Devin Bryant (Gull/Ensemble/Featured Dancer) is a freshman appearing in his seventh show at CCA. Last year, he was a featured dancer and ensemble member in Fiddler on the Roof. Other favorite roles include Ram Das and Mr. Barrow in The Little Princess, the Narrator and Steward in Into the Woods, Jr., Pooh in Winnie the Pooh KIDS, and the Monkey King in The Jungle Book KIDS. Devin is a member of the Video Production class and the CCA track and cross country teams. Devin would like to thank his family and friends for supporting him and his teachers at CCA for inspiring him.

Jake Caraway (Flounder) is a freshman appearing in his third show at CCA. He has previously appeared in the ensemble of Fiddler on the Roof, and as the priest and in the ensemble of ANYTHING GOES Young Performer’s Edition. Jake sings in Chorale and was selected for the 2018 TPSMEA All-Region Mixed Choir and All-State Choir. He plays varsity football and junior varsity basketball. Jake enjoys competing with CCA’s Solar Car club, numismatics, aquarium design, science, and traveling on Zambian mission trips with his family. He would like to thank his family for being a never-ending support. Jeremiah 29:11

Morgan Caraway (Aquata/Ensemble) is a junior appearing in her fourth show at CCA. Last year, she was in the ensemble for Fiddler on the Roof and she was the Fruma Sarah understudy. Other favorite roles include the reporter and an old woman in ANYTHING GOES Young Performer’s Edition and a follower of Aslan in The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. Morgan also served on the hair and make-up crew for Crazy for You. Morgan sings in Chorale and has been selected for the TPSMEA All-Region Treble Choir the last two years. She is in the National Honor Society and competes nationally with the CCA Solar Car club. She enjoys reading and traveling with her family on mission trips to Zambia. Morgan would like to thank her friends, teachers and family for supporting her along the way. Jeremiah 29:11

Jordana Carignan (Gull/Ensemble/Featured Dancer) is a freshman performing in her fourth production at CCA. Her favorite roles include Oliver Twist in Oliver! and Phoebe in The Baker Street Irregulars. She has also served on the lighting crew for Crazy for You and Fiddler on the Roof. Jordana is a varsity cheerleader and plays soccer for CCA. She would like to thank her family for all their love and support, and her friends for withstanding all her impromptu musical performances. Harrison Chapman (King Triton/Pilot) is a senior who is new to CCA this year, but he has jumped right into theater appearing in three shows. Earlier this year, he played Charlie Brown in A Charlie Brown Christmas and Horace Vandergelder in The Matchmaker. Harrison plans to attend King’s College in New York City next Fall. He would like to thank both of his parents as well as the CCA Fine Arts department for supporting him this year.

Karis Chesnut (Ensemble) is a sixth grader appearing in her third show at CCA. She has previously appeared as Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, Tessie in Annie Jr, Gretl von Trapp in The Sound of Music, and she was in the ensemble of Disney’s Aladdin, Jr. She loves to sing, dance, act, and lead children’s worship at her church. She would like to thank her parents who have supported her.

Jacob Conlon (Prince Eric) is a sophomore appearing in his eleventh CCA production. Previous roles include Perchick in Fiddler on the Roof, Billy in Crazy for You, and Friedrich von Trapp in The Sound of Music. He is a member of Chorale, and loves to sing and act. Jacob would like to thank his directors, Mrs. Owens and Ms. Garcia, for pushing him to be his best. He is thankful for his supportive family, and to God for giving him the ability to perform. “Be on guard, stand firm in the faith, be men of courage, be strong.” 1 Corinthians 16:13

Elli Garcia (Ensemble) is in the fourth grade making her stage debut in The Little Mermaid. She has previously appeared in a variety of living room performances for only dad, mom and brother. Elli is a flyer for the competitive cheer team “Love” at Spirit Xtreme and enjoys anything outdoors related to animals or natural sciences. She would like to thank her family and all the extra-fabulous teachers at CCA who have supported her.

Ellie Hale (Alana/Ensemble) is a sophomore. She got her first taste of theater in kindergarten when she played a munchkin in CCA’s production of The Wizard of Oz. She has performed in CCA Summer Musical Theater camp shows like ANYTHING GOES Young Performer’s Edition, and served on the crew for Fiddler on the Roof. Ellie is a member of the varsity soccer team, and she loves singing and dancing on stage.

Hailey Hazen (Ensemble) is a sophomore appearing in her eleventh show at CCA. She most recently played the role of August in The Matchmaker. The previous year she played Puck in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, which is her favorite role. She has also volunteered in past productions to work backstage on the costume crew. Hailey hopes to attend Texas A&M University and is thankful for the love and support of her mother, father and brother. Her favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:11.

Ashley Jenkins (Flotsam) is a senior appearing in her fifth show at CCA. Her favorite roles include being in the ensemble of Fiddler on the Roof and Eugenia Fodor in Crazy for You. Ashley is a member of NHS, was selected for TPSMEA All-Region Choir, plays varsity volleyball and soccer and was captain for both this year. She would like to thank her family for encouraging her through all her activities. She would also like to thank God for the many blessings he gives, including CCA, all the teachers she’s had, and her friends. Romans 8:18

Madison Jennings (Ariel) is a senior who is head-over-tails excited to be making her final splash on the CCA stage! Her favorite roles include Princess Winifred in Getting to Know…Once Upon a Mattress, Erma in ANYTHING GOES Young Performer’s Edition, and Elaine in Crazy for You. Madison loves singing in Chorale and acting in Theater class. Apart from musical theater, Madison’s hobbies include smiling, watching sitcoms and making puns. Now that she has achieved her dream of becoming a Disney Princess, her next goals are to be one with the force as a Jedi Knight until she receives her long-lost Hogwarts letter. Madison can’t wait to see what God has in store for her as she goes to Oklahoma Christian University to study mechanical engineering next year. She would like to thank her parents for their unconditional love and support, Mrs. Owens and Ms. Garcia for stretching her and helping her grow, her buddy Ryan, and God for all his blessings to make this year a dream come true! Ashlynn Keller (Ensemble) is appearing in her third show at CCA. She has previously appeared as an acrobat in The Baker Street Irregulars, and in the ensemble of Disney’s Aladdin, Jr. Ashlynn is a varsity cheerleader, runs track, and loves to sing in CCA’s worship ensemble. She would like to thank her parents, teachers, and coaches for encouraging her in everything she does. Isaiah 54:10

Jillian Keller (Leeward/Ensemble) is a fourth grader making her debut in The Little Mermaid. Jillian loves art, playing soccer and dancing. Her favorite Bible passage is Psalm 121. She would like to thank her dad, mom, brothers and sister for their love and support. She is excited to be a part of The Little Mermaid with her sister, Ashlynn, and all her friends.

Addy Kerr (Ensemble) is a sixth grader making her CCA spring musical debut. She has previously appeared in Sticky Bible Skits as Master of Ceremonies, Waiter, Moses and DJ, and as a guard in Disney’s Aladdin, Jr. Addy loves sports and music, and she hopes to pursue a career in musical theater when she grows up. She would like to thank her grandmother for teaching her to love music.

Katie Lambert (Ensemble) is a fifth grader appearing in her second show at CCA. Last summer she was in CCA’s production of Disney’s The Lion King, Jr. She has also participated in many performances with the Christian Performing Arts Center in Keller. Katie sings with Alpha Chi and loves art, drama, and reading. Her favorite Bible verse is 2 Timothy 1:7.

Myles LeCroy (Scuttle/Ensemble/Featured Dancer) is a sophomore appearing in his sixth spring musical and sixteenth theater production at CCA. Favorite roles include: Prince Dauntless in Getting to Know…Once Upon a Mattress, Friedrich von Trapp in The Sound of Music, Cinderella’s Prince in Into the Woods, Jr., and Oliver Twist in Oliver! Myles is a member of both Chorale and the Theater class and was selected for the 2017 and 2018 TPSMEA All-Region Choir and the 2018 All-State Choir. He also plays keyboard for student worship and sings in the student choir at First Baptist Dallas, studies piano, plays CCA basketball, and is working on his 2nd degree black belt in Taekwondo. Myles would like to thank his friends, his family, but especially his parents for always picking him up and putting up with his nonstop singing. Philippians 4:13

Bret Marek (Grimsby) is a senior appearing in his third musical at CCA. Bret is a member of the Theatre Department at CCA and was seen last fall as Cornelius Hackl in The Matchmaker. Other favorite roles include Peter Quince in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Verges in Much Ado About Nothing, Harry the Bartender in Crazy for You, and the Captain in ANYTHING GOES Young Performer’s Edition. Bret is a member of the CCA varsity swim team and is a TAPPS Division Three qualifier for breast stroke. He would like to thank his parents, friends and the musical crew for their help and support.

Rachel Medina (Jetsam) is a sophomore appearing in her fifteenth production at CCA. Her favorite roles include Aunt Polly in The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, Rowena in Getting to Know…Once Upon a Mattress, and a member of the ensemble in Phantom at Artisan Center Theater. Rachel is a member of Chorale, was selected for the 2018 TPSMEA All-Region Choir and she is a member of the varsity swim team. She would like to thank the entire cast and wonderful directors for supporting her and helping her grow in her love of theater, her parents for always being there for her, and her wonderful friends for catching her when she falls. Jada Muhia (Ensemble) is a fourth-grade student appearing in her second show at CCA. She appeared last summer in Disney’s The Lion King, Jr. as Rafiki and has been involved in acting at Gateway Church as well. She enjoys acting, ice skating, skiing and horseback riding and hopes to make it to Broadway someday. She would like to thank her mom for encouraging her and her teachers for challenging her to always give her best.

Eric Myers (Sebastian) is a sophomore appearing in his tenth production at CCA. Last year, he played Sasha in Fiddler on the Roof. Other favorite roles include Kurt Von Trapp in The Sound of Music, Chip and the Salt Shaker in Beauty and the Beast, Mr. McGregor in Peter Rabbit, and Charlie in Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Jr. Eric is a member of Chorale and was selected for the 2018 TPSMEA All-Region Choir. He also played on CCA’s 2017 TAPPS State Championship football team and is a member of the varsity soccer team. He would like to thank his mom, dad and sister for the time, love and support they have given him to do all of these activities, and the many teachers who have shown him patience and love while he was honing his talents. Cole O’Connor (Chef Louis/Ensemble) is a sophomore appearing in his third CCA musical. Favorite roles include Avram the bookseller in Fiddler on the Roof, a munchkin in Oz the Musical, and Joseph in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. He also served on the lighting crew for Crazy for You. Cole is a member of the CCA varsity swim team and a third degree red belt in American Karate. He would like to send a big “thank you” shout-out to his loving, supportive family, and he gives all honor and glory to his personal Savior Jesus Christ, “From Whom All Blessings Flow.”

Evan Owens (Ensemble) is an eighth grader appearing in his seventh show at CCA. Most recently, he played Motel in Fiddler on the Roof, Jr., and Major General Stanley in Pirates of Penzance, Jr. at Casa Mañana. His favorite CCA roles include: the Fiddler in Fiddler on the Roof, Kurt von Trapp in The Sound of Music, Jafar in Disney’s Aladdin, Jr., and one of Fagin’s pickpockets in Oliver! When he’s not in a show, he plays first violin in the Fort Worth Youth Philharmonic Orchestra, enjoys playing basketball and participating in NJHS events. Evan would like to thank his teachers, friends, family and cast mates for their support.

She loves all aspects of performing arts, including singing, dancing, acting, songwriting and learning to play guitar. Camille has a passion for sharing her love of Jesus, and would like to thank her family, friends, and teachers for always encouraging her! “For we walk by faith, not by sight.” 2 Corinthians 5:7

Zachary Pierce (Ensemble) is a freshman appearing in his third show at CCA. He previously appeared as Crank in The Baker Street Irregulars and Augustus Gloop in Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Jr. Zach is a member of Chorale and the varsity soccer team and he is very involved in his youth group Students at the Cross. Avery Portillo (Ensemble/Featured Dancer) is a junior appearing in her eighth show at CCA. Most recently she played Cook in The Matchmaker, and last spring she was a featured dancer in Fiddler on the Roof. Other favorite roles include Peaseblossom in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Conrade in Much Ado About Nothing, the White Queen in Through the Looking Glass, Mother Gothel in Rapunzel Uncut, Susan in The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, and a dancer in The Nutcracker with the Colleyville Ballet. Avery also served on the costume crew for Crazy for You, and she is on the varsity cheer team. She would like to thank her family for always supporting her in everything she does.

Emily Saladino (Atina, Ensemble) is a sophomore appearing in her fourth spring musical at CCA. Some of her previous roles include Yente in Fiddler on the Roof, Lucille in Getting to Know…Once Upon a Mattress, and one of Reno’s Angels in ANYTHING GOES Young Performer’s Edition. She loves music, singing, and playing guitar for her youth group worship band. She would like to thank Chick-fil-A for always providing for her, and her parents and teachers for loving her and supporting her. Romans 8:37-39

Adalyn Soliday (Windward/Ensemble) is in the sixth grade and is making her CCA spring musical debut. She has previously appeared as Jasmine in Disney’s Aladdin, Jr., and in the ensemble of Disney’s The Lion King, Jr. and Annie, Jr. Adalyn enjoys basketball, volleyball and reading. She would like to thank Mrs. Melodee Allen for fostering her love of acting.

Malaney Stewart (Ensemble) is a sixth grader appearing in her third show at CCA. She has previously appeared in the role of Timon in Disney’s The Lion King, Jr., along with being featured in Disney’s Aladdin, Jr. In addition, Malaney has enjoyed the many opportunities to perform with the Sticky Bible Skits team in chapel services for the grammar school. Malaney loves telling stories and making people laugh, and theater allows her to do both. She would like to thank her friends, her teachers, and her family for their continuous love and support.

Sophia Tubbs (Ensemble) is a sixth grader making her CCA spring musical debut. She has appeared in several CCA School of the Arts and Summer Musical Camp productions including Disney’s The Lion King, Jr., Disney’s Aladdin, Jr. and Annie, Jr. Sophia hopes to continue performing on stage in future productions. She would like to thank her family and teachers for all of their support and encouragement.

Lair Vickery (Ensemble) is a fourth grader making her stage debut in The Little Mermaid. She enjoys playing on the CCA youth volleyball team, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
