When Nexenture expanded over 25 seats single server vicidial quality begin to deteriorate.

Single vicidial just can not handle that much load, constraint by design. No matter how good was the hardware.

They did not want to have separate Vicidial Servers for different campaigns.

Managing seperate 2 or 3 Vicidial server costs more human resources. Networking issue and no unified platform or lack of sharing resources.

Solution

Solution was simple A Vicidial Cluster but operationally challenge to implement and manage.

Nethawk proposed highly cost-effective & right-size servers hardware.

We separated core database-server and dialer server high-end machine for database and relatively mid-end xeon for asterisk

High reliable SAS HD were used instead of SATA

Nethawk implementation of definitive solution reduced owner apprehension of return on investment.
