IMPORTANT FACTS to this FAKE/FICTITIOUS CASE by COURTS/cops of India.

The cases were put-up in Mohali, PUNJAB police station SSP office on 27-28/OCT/2014 and investigated by ASP Akhilesh Chaudhary, wherein I was requested to participate in investigation therefore I personally attended investigation in 1st week of NOV 2014 completing all formalities and have presented following facts to counter fake/fabricated cases leveled by relation-ship partner women folks.

While two women used FAKE/FABRICATED cases I was more shocked to see police entertaining these fictitious cases without considering Basic Human Right for MAN to exist using LEGAL TERRORISM laws of India against MEN in particular when police is RACIST.

KAMALPREET KAURAddress - 403 GREEN AVENUE KALA SANGHIAN ROAD JALANDHARAbove women kamalpreet kaur leveled ANAL SEX fake/fabricated case on me for her stay with me while agreeing to be live-in partner however, its surprising how police acts on anything women says to implicate innocent man.

KAMALPREET KAUR as a proof attached a face private hospital record dated 1.8.2014 15 days after quitting relationship on 14.7.2014. Her statement states that she developed anal allergy due to anal sex performed by her partner some 15 days before.Wow and police/courts gladly accepted above and implicated me into this FAKE/FABRICATED case, completely ignoring FACTS of natural JUSTICE that just above does not prove that her anal allergy if ture is due to her live-relationship that she had 15 days before.

Further, even if its given benefit of doubt that its it NOT possible that KAMALPREET KAUR might have been involved into another relationship after she quit on 14.7.2014???

I only after obtaining written divorce agreement on 10.6.2014 with my wife who deserted my hope on July 2012 taking away my kids accepted to live my normal life so helped KAMALPREET KAURAddress - 403 GREEN AVENUE KALA SANGHIAN ROAD JALANDHARto stay in my home with her 7 year old kid that was with her earlier husband.

I thought of supporting someone who was suffering from her past life/marriage life gave support however I never anticipated that her intentions was to implicate me in fake/fabricated case later to EXTORT MONEY using RELATION TERROR provided by COURTS of India.

Fake/Fabricated case 406, 498A IPCMarried in Jaipur 2001 Jan, I was working in US IT tech earning around 60,0000 USD per year, after getting married took my wife to US, where we had two kids US citizen, had minor altercation in Canada 2008, went thru courts Toronto,Canada and all charges were cleared against me leveled by my wife.

Wife deserted matrimonial home on 21Jul2012 and never returned back despite my several attempts to reconcile differences including direct conversation of Dr. G K Nanada president Women & Child welfare on 21 Dec 2012 where my wife refused to join back.

Wife filed fabricated&fake cases on April 2014 of 498,498a etc where mutual agreement was reached 1st on 10th JUN 2014 in PoliceStation-matour where wife expressed exclusively that she wants divorce, thereafter complete detailed agreement of Mutual Divorce was signed in PS-matour on 28.7.2014 after handing over my kids 2 US citizens original passports to my wife.

Despite myself holding to agreement 28.7.2014 my wife violated by not reaching for Mutual Divorce as agreed however again leveled fake&fabricated 498a and other fake allegations with SSP office mohali on 28.10.2014.

Finally, 28/2/2015 FIR 32 got registered by PS-matour ignoring our earlier agreement at PS-matour and violated my basic fundamental rights wherein on 18/3/2015 police illegally took me to custody for 2 days based on allegation of 406&498a and further committed excesses on my with assault by SHO on 18/3/2015.

Further, while in custody 18/3/2015 till 20/3/2015 I've handed over required documents as demanded per 406 of FIR 32 pertaining to my KIDS original Birth Certificate etc.etc.

Further, I've proofs that Taranjeet Kaur during her stay was enjoying her life with me and kids were also very happy.

Kamalpreet Kaur had 1 son from her past marriage for with DIVORCE was pending on when we formed live-in relationship 17.6.2014 wherein per arrangement from her step-mother/step-father got together in Jalandhar on 17.6.2014 in presence of her family members for start of this relation, however,. However, knowing that both Kamalpreet Kaur and Myself were not DIVORCED, we never signed any Marriage paper so to avoid any future COURTS LEGAL TERRORISM using RELATION TERROR.Documents attachment in-end regarding her impending divorce while our live-in relationship!

Still till 14/7/2014 Kamalpreet was NOT DIVOCED.

Now, Taranjeet Kaur contacted Kamalpreet Kaur and both formed a team to level fake&fabricated allegations against me by filling complaint to SSP office Mohali on 27.10.2014 complaint 2999 by Kamalpreet Kaur and on 28.10.2014 by Taranjeet Kaur, investigated by Akilesh Chaudhary ASP mohali, Punjab.Apparently both Taranjeet Kaur and KamalpreetKaur-especially-her step-mother have formed team to extort MONEY based on gender-baised laws life 498a dowry and 377 unnatural-sex despite knowing they have no-proof to prove their case worthiness.
