This leading national chain of restaurants, pubs and hotels already purchased office supplies from us and gave us the opportunity to tender for 420 specialist kitchenware and barware product lines – a high value key contract for their core business services.
The customer awarded the contract based on our exceptional service with office products despite being relatively new to the Kitchen and Barware sector.

The requirementsOur customer had high expectations and we were quick to adapt and to meet their strict service level agreements.
Following our contract win, our initial work involved ensuring all sites throughout the UK could place their weekly orders in the same way.

We integrated the customer’s IT system to work seamlessly with the ordering portal at each site, allowing for order-fulfilment information.
In early 2014 this was operating in excess of 99.5%, exceeding our service level agreement KPIs.

We receive 44,000 orders per year from our customer and we deliver all of these direct to the establishment. With our customer being one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK, this is set to increase.

We provide consistently high levels of first time on time deliveries which our service level agreement requires, plus electronic proof of deliver signatures with every delivery. This is what our customer was looking for and was a major benefit over and above our competitors.
