case study 3
DESCRIPTION
This patient presented to my office in 2004 with multiple dental problems that had a direct negative impact on the unity, balance and stability of her teeth. These problems included multiple missing teeth, teeth with recurrent decay, multiple teeth with large discoloured basic dental fillings, multiple teeth with existing dental crowns and bridges that were discoloured with dark, black lines at the gum line and an existing partial denture that was uncomfortable. The patient was concerned with preserving her teeth and improving the appearance of the teeth. The patient was offered a number of treatment options including dental implants but elected to replace and restore her teeth with conventional fixed crowns and bridges.TRANSCRIPT
