About her relationship with Swisscom:Her parents are Swisscom customers. They own a small busi-ness and therefore need a reliable connection to make sure they can reach their customers per email. Although Anna knows Swisscom delivers high quality mobile connections, she has an Orange mobile subscription. It is cheaper and with an unlimited amounth of data she can use her new iPhone 4 as much as she likes.She has more than once considered to work for Swisscom. 6KH�WKLQNV�6ZLVVFRP�FRXOG�EH�D�JRRG�HPSOR\HU�RżHULQJ�an interesting job and a good salary.

Twitter is the tool Anna uses to connect to her friends and like minded twitter friends.

Anna is passionate about her photography. She uses Flick to show her best work and to learn from more advanced photographers.

Anna is active on Facebook. It is how she keeps up to speed with what her friends she met during her year studying in France.

Bernd is originally from Germany so he has no previous experience as a Swisscom cus-tomer.

He reads the news and also comments a lot. He uses the forum to discuss with other users and with Swisscom. Reads the news through RSS feedsAbout his relationship with Swisscom:Stephano has mixed feelings towards Swisscom. He loves his 079 number. As a consultant he knows the importantce of leaving a serious and trustworthy impression with his clients. Yet he feels Swisscom is ripping him of at times. He is certain the company is VXżHULQJ�IURP�LWV�SRVW�VWDWH�RZQHG�SRVLWLRQ�PDNLQJ�it slow and careless.
