1. Why the employee UNION and employers always have conflict regarding salary and wages?▪ Because both party have different objectiveSome of the employers are care about their
benefit without take care their employees compensation and benefit
Employee UNION is to help their members to fight again their employers who are not responsibility and make sure their members are well treatment by employers.
2. Why Salman felt peaceful picket is not supposed to be
held?
To protect the image the company

3. Employee’s Right (negotiation - pay based on performance)
▪ Right to have protection from unfair wages
If an employer fails to pay wages to employees, [Part III of the Act, 1955 (Act 265) and Regulations], then an employer is considered to have violated on his contract of service toward employee. 15 (1) Employment Laws Act 1955
Any employee is entitled to be involved in negotiating with the organization if their have any concern issue related to unfair wages (not giving pay based on performance) in order to depend themselves from suppressed by the employer
All employee should receive the salary based on their productivity and contribution toward organization.
An employee speaking to an employer on behalf of one or more co-workers about improving pay based on their performance.
Through representative of Trade Union Collective Bargaining (increase the amount in their pay packets)
