‘Casa’ Jacarthy

This luxury three bed-roomed,

semi-detached private villa is

situated in the Lomas De Golf

area of Villa Martin in the

Southern Costa Blanca region

of Spain.

The villa itself is set in a quiet

cul-de-sac surrounding a

communal pool, and is the

ideal base for a relaxing

holiday with your family or

friends.

Alternatively, if you require

venturing out, a leisurely 15

min walk or a 2 min car

journey can reach the popular

Villamartin Plaza, there are 3

Golf Courses all within a 5

min drive, with a further 12

within a 1 hrs drive.

The villa is one of

can sleep up to six

people comfortably,

thing’s necessary to

make your stay

enjoyable!

Interior

Fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining and Lounge area, including electric oven, Gas/Elec Hob, extractor, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster,

Fridge Freezer, washing machine etc. Dining area with large table to suit six.

Lounge complete with 3 seater and 2 seater sofas, TV with over 40 channels, and Mini Hifi for radio and CDs.

Patio doors leading to front terrace.

Bathrooms

Fully tiled and fitted upstairs and downstairs Bathrooms,

Upstairs complete with bath/shower, Bidet (for washing socks), basin

and wc.

Downstairs complete, basin and wc.

The Bedrooms

The property consists of three

good sized bedrooms

Two rooms are situated on the 1st floor and one on the ground

floor

The master bedroom on the 1st floor has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, and a safe

along with double doors leading to the balcony.

Bedroom Two also situated on the first floor, is a twin, complete with fitted wardrobe, cabinet and window to side elevation.

Bedroom three on the ground floor, has twin beds, wardrobe, cabinet, and a window to the

rear.

Exterior

Outdoor living plays a great part in the Spanish

way of life.

Whether it’s topping up your tan on the large roof solarium,

complete with sunbeds in the open, or if the sun gets too hot you can relax under the shaded

tower. The solarium also has ocean views Breakfast can

be eaten on the main bedroom balcony, or you

can sit and watch the sun go down in the

evening.

Or simply enjoy a cold drink or a good meal on the front/back terrace.

The Golf

There are three established 18 hole golf courses, all 5 mins from

the villa, where you can hire clubs and buggy’s (if you cant

bring your own), to enjoy a relaxing game of golf.

There are a further 12 courses all within an hours drive, should

you like variation.

Green fees average from 55euros, club hire approx

10euros, and buggy hire 35euros

The Beach

The nearest beach is in La Zenia bay, with its golden stretch of sand, it is ideal for sunbathing, this is accessible by a 10min drive either by

car, taxi or local bus (summer only) from the Plaza. There are a variety of bars and restaurants that surround the bay,

should you wish for a cool shady drink.

The Plaza

The Plaza, which is a square consisting of a numerous number of bars, restaurants and shops. In the summertime it is a lively complex with variety of live entertainment, whilst in the winter it is a quiet retreat after a warm game of golf.

Surrounding Areas

Playa flamenca

Every Saturday there is a huge market held in playa flamenca, which is only a 10 min drive from the villa, where you can purchase a variety of

goods from ceramics to clothing, at very reasonable prices. There are also a variety of markets held on different days of the week.

La Manga

Torrevieja Torrevieja is only a 15 min drive north of the villa, with its many

places of interest, it is situated next to the sea in the

south of the Valencian community, surrounded by two

beautiful and natural salt water lagoons.

Complete with an aquatic park, and a fairground all year round, along with a cultural programme in places such as the music palace. At night you can enjoy lots of fun in pubs and discos.

La Manga, approx 30-40 mins drive south of the villa is known as the "Costa Calida" - the "Warm Coast".

It is a strip of sand, approx. 22kms. Long, which forms a "barrier" and encloses the Sea. At it's narrowest parts it is only 100 metres wide and the maximum width is 1.5km. Likewise, the area known as "the heart of La Manga", the Plaza Bohemia, has it's own "hippy market" which takes place every night during the summer, while in the pubs and bars which surround the Plaza, many people from all generations rock the night away.

A security deposit of £100 is payable with final balance, this will be

refunded following inspection of the villa and no major damages being
