Crane America Services has a variety of services available to help you maximize the performance of your

overhead cranes. Proper inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance and training are all keys to becoming a safer, more

productive, highly efficient operation/organization.

Our hoist and overhead crane services include:

• INSPECTIONS: Our inspection with P.M. program is tailored to the use and environment of your equipment. We combine

safety and OSHA inspections with lubrication and adjustment of mechanical parts, such as brakes and limit switches.

Worn parts are identified so you can purchase spares and plan their replacement when production allows.

• REPAIRS: No matter how old your crane is – or who the manufacturer was – a trained technician is on-call 24-hours a day

to quickly diagnose and repair the problem.

• TRAINING: Crane America Services offers training classes at our full-service training facility as well as on-site at our

customers‘ facilities. Operator training is taught by experienced instructors who are experts on crane and hoist subject matter.

• MAINTENANCE: From simple quarterly services on a few pieces of equipment to complete full-time, on-site maintenance

partnerships to service hundreds of cranes, Crane America Services offers maintenance programs that can be customized

to the needs of your equipment and production. We also offer in-depth analysis of current maintenance programs and

recommendations for improvement.

• MODERNIZATION AND CRANE CAPACITY UPGRADES: Improve the productivity of your older cranes and enhance

safety with one of our modernization upgrade and refurbishment programs. These can include new speed and motion controls, ca

to pendant conversions, radio and infrared remote controls or electrification systems – all costing a fraction of new crane systems.

• INSTALLATIONS: Each of our offices has skilled and trained technicians to properly install crane and hoist equipment suppl

by us or our customers. We can even relocate crane equipment from existing facilities for refit into a new location.

• CERTIFICATION: Crane America Services can efficiently perform certified load tests on hoists and cranes from a 1/4 ton

to well over 100 tons, testing to make sure they meet the 125% capacity requirement.

• ENGINEERING: We offer a full-time engineering staff and a licensed professional engineer with crane specific experience.

All are available 24 hours a day for evaluations of critical situations. Our experience includes: runway analysis, structures and

upgrades, crane upgrades and design, and footer designs.
