We have a Dedicated team which help the customer’s to place order’s with Shipping Charges Waiver. This will help us to achieve a higher customer satisfaction by fulfilling customer’s requirements.

In this type of calls we contact those customers who have said that they are not willing to pay the shipping charges and that is why will not place an order. We call these customers and offer them a one time waiver of shipping charges if they agree to place the order on the call itself.

In this case we contact the undecided customers who had previously said that they need time to decide/ make up their mind about purchasing from us and offer them the shipping charge waiver if they agree to place order on the call itself.

In case a customer enquires about the product and price and then disconnects the call without saying anything then also we contact the customers and offer them the shipping charge waiver if the agree to place order on the call itself.

In case a customer cancels his order for any reason. We offer customer waive off in shipping charges. We contact the customers and offer them the shipping charge waiver if the agree to place order on the call itself.

3. Verification Calls

There is a dedicated team which calls up the customers who have placed an order with us to enquire and confirm if they are interested in taking delivery of the product.

If customer denied to take the order advisor cancels the order, and if the reason for cancellation is shipping charges then advisors can give shipping charges waive off.

They also have the authority to change diamond customer to silver customer and vice versa.
