The built-in ventilation system is managed by an ABS shutter activated by four switches, two on the front and two on the back of the helmet to achieve the best air flow control.

Thanks to the construction of the 360° impact protection system, canals are located between the shell and the EPS. This gives to the helmet a brand new ventilation system which allows the air to spread out on the overall surface.

PATENT PENDINGPetal shaped, light EPS plaques feature active oval adjustability to fit your skull like a glove. The plaques will always adapt to head with a flexibility never seen before. A special air mesh thermoformed on EPS plaques keeps them together, to let them float inside of the helmet, without any bridge linking the single parts.

PATENT PENDINGThe Carrera ID is a total revolution even in safety. Innovative special soft cones studded shock absorber panels are located underneath the main shell. During the impact, cones are free to move on a 360° base, breaking up the force of the impact on the head, from every side.
