Parmesan Crusted Chicken 1. Season chicken on both sides with the kosher salt and black pepper. Dip chicken breast into beaten egg and then coat while pressing into Parmesan Panko breading. 2. Heat olive oil, over medium heat in a Teflon-coated sauté pan. Sauté chicken breast on both sides until golden brown. 3. Garnish Chicken with Lemon half and Parsley sprig. PARMESAN PANKO BREADING* 1 cup PANKO BREAD CRUMBS ¼ cup ROMANO CHEESE (GRATED) ¼ cup PARMESAN CHEESE (GRATED) 1 teaspoon KOSHER SALT ½ teaspoon BLACK PEPPER (FRESH GROUND) 1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients well.
