Has Dış Ticaret unvanı ile ilk olarak 1991 yılında kurulan şirket, teknolojiye her yıl yaptığı yatırımlar ile sürekli bir gelişme sağlamış ve 2011 yılında HAS GROUP adını almıştır.

The company which is firstly established in the year of 1991 with the title name of Has Dış Ticaret, provided an enduring development by making investments to the technology in every year and took the name of HAS GROUP in the year of 2011.

HAS GROUP which has a position of having a voice in producing of textile finishing machineries, is producing textile finishing machineries which are specially developed for every needs, for knitted, woven, denim, home textile, technical textile and carpets.

HAS GROUP is producing machines with the features of low maintenance cost and energy saving by its customer focused and keeping up with technology structure. Preparing designs in line with the needs and producing them by planning with its technological knowledge and experience upon the demands of its customers is its mission.

■ Köpük Kaplama (Jel Taban) ve Banyo Halısı Uygulamaları: Halı ve banyo paspası ürünleri için köpük kaplama ve kurutma hatları mevcuttur. 2200 mm’den 5200 mm ene kadar çalışılabilir. Köpüklü kaymaz taban ve gofraj uygulamaları için uygun çözümler içerir.

■ Foam Coating (Gel Floor) and Bath Carpet Applications: Foam coating and drying lines are available for the carpet and bath mat products. It is possible to operate from the width of 2200 mm up to 5200 mm. It includes suitable solutions for anti-skid surface and embossing applications.

■ Laminasyon Hatları: Action back veya keçe laminasyonu tek başlarına ya da köpüklü kaplama uygulamaları ile birlikte yapılabilirler. HAS GROUP laminasyon hatları için gereken diğer tüm üniteleri müşterileri için tedarik eder.

■ Dokuma (Parça) Halı Apre Hatları: Tamburlu Sistem: Axminster, Wilton ve Viskoz tipi halıların apresi konusunda ihtiyaç olan tüm üniteleri içeren çözümler sunulur. Bu çözümler yüksek kapasite ve verimliliğe yöneliktir. Kurutma kabinlerinde halı arkası apresinin kurutması yapılırken, tambur kurutucu ile de halının havları dikleştirilerek tıraşa hazırlanır.

■ Woven Carpet (Area Rug) Finishing Lines: Drum Dryer System: It offers all solutions including all the units needed for finishing Axminster, Wilton and Viscose type carpets. These solutions are oriented at high capacity and efficiency. While the carpet back finishing is being dried in drying chambers, piles of the carpet is prepared for shearing by being steepened with drum dying.

■ Woven carpet finishing lines (with drum):• It is the combination of the steam drum dryer and horizontal stenter for area rug finishing.• Maximum efficiency is achieved with minimum energy.

■ Features:• It can be manufactured in different number of chambers depending on the request of the customer.• It is ensured that the carpet moves in the line with a very smooth tension. The carpet is prevented from

sliding rightwards-leftwards while proceeding in the line.• Thanks to the advanced cleaning units, front and back sides of the carpet are completely cleaned.• Thanks to the advanced kiss-roll coating (plastering from the tank) application unit, latex is applied

precisely.• Carpet is dried most efficiently thanks to the hot air drying chambers and cylinder.• Piles of the carpet are prepared for shearing by being steepened while passing over the air drying drum.• Infrared system is applied for front drying process.• Steaming unit provides an efficient and controlled function.• On demand, very big diameter (2.5 m – 3 m) drying drums can also be used.• Piles of the carpet are prevented from contacting with the cylinders while hot. Thus, pile bending is

prevented. • All kinds of requested entry and exit unit can be applied.• The line covers minimum space.

■ Kiss-roll tekneden sıvama:• Kiss roll ünitesi dokuma ve suni çim

halının apre işleminin uygulandığı ünitedir. Bu tip kaplama makinesi ile lateks ve kalsit karışımları dokuma halıda ince bir şekilde, suni çim halıda ise optimal şekilde halı sırtına sürülebilir.

• Genel konstrüksiyon yapısı paslanmaz sac ve profillerden oluşmaktadır. Bir adet paslanmaz kimyasal haznesi/tavası vardır. Bu tavanın proses sonrası temizlenmesi için pnömatik piston kontrollü boşaltma işlemi yapılabilmektedir.

• Kiss roll prosesi için ünitede bir adet kiss roll silindiri ve iki adet aşağı – yukarı manuel hareket ettirilebilen avare baskı silindiri kullanılmaktadır.

■ Kiss-roll plastering from the tank:• Kiss-roll unit is the unit where finishing

process is applied on the woven and synthetic turf carpet. With this kind of coating machine, latex and calcite mixtures can be thinly applied on the woven carpet and optimally on the synthetic turf carpet.

• Its general construction structure consists of stainless sheets and profiles. It has one stainless chemical reservoir/tank. For cleaning this tank following the process, drainage process with pneumatic piston control can be performed.

• For the kiss-roll process, one kiss-roll cylinder and two idle press rollers which can manually move downwards – upwards are used.

■ Perforation Unit:• It is the perforation unit to drill a drainage hole in the

synthetic – turf carpet.• Cylinder and needles of the unit, outer diameter of which

is 350 mm, are electrically heated. • It drills 90 holes in m2 with a total power of 36 kW.• It has an adjustable guiding roll.• Electricity automation is included.

■ Halı Sarma: Rolik sarma ve pastal tip olarak farklı alternatiflerde üretilebilmekte, ayrıca ikisinin bir arada kullanıldığı kombinasyonlar uygulanabilmektedir.

■ Farklı halı çalışma genişliğine sahip, müşterinin ihtiyacına göre tek, çift veya üç ünite olarak üretilebilen halı tıraş makineleri halı hatları içerisinde senkronize çalışabilmektedir. Modüler bir yapıda tasarlanarak imalatı yapılmış makinede, kesme grubu, giriş temizleme fırça grubu, dövücü ve çekim silindirleri bulunur. Motor tahrikli olan bu üniteler birbirinden bağımsız, istenilen set değerleriyle çalışırlar. Çekim silindirleri ve loadcell silindirleri kumaşa istenilen gerginliği vermek için kullanılmaktadır. Makinede dokuma ve tuft halı için uygun olan sentetik fırça kullanılmıştır. Fırça silindirinin çalışması engelsizdir ve halıya temas mesafesi ayarlanabilir.

■ Motor tahrikli birimler inverter kontrollü olup birbirlerinden bağımsız da çalıştırılarak halı

yükleme/boşaltma işlemleri hızlı ve kolay yapılır. Özel olarak tasarlanmış kesme silindiri gezer mekanizmalıdır. Bu gezici mekanizma ile kesme silindirlerindeki bıçaklar, silindir boyunca eşit kullanılarak kesim işlemi her zaman aynı homojenlikte yapılır.

■ Çalışma parametreleri, bıçak hızı, kesme derinliği, otomatik yağlama hızı, halı gerginliği ve çekim hızı makine üzerindeki dokunmatik kontrol panelinden kolaylıkla ayarlanabilir.

■ Makine ilk çalışmada kumaş geri alma sistemi, bilgisayar tarafından otomatik yapılır veya istenirse iptal edilebilir. Farklı halı tiplerine göre reçeteleme sistemi mevcuttur ve çağrılan reçete ile makine istenilen tüm ayarlara kendini getirir.

■ Carpet shearing machines with different working width and produced in one, two or three units depending on the necessity of the customer can be synchronized within carpet lines. The machine designed in a modular structure features a shearing group, input cleaning brush group, beater and draft cylinders. These motor driven units work independent from each other based on the intended set values. Draft cylinders and loadcell cylinders are used to give the fabric the desired tension. The machine features synthetic brush suitable for weaving and tuft carpet. The brush cylinder works freely and the distance of contact with the carpet is adjustable.

■ Motor-driven units are invertor-controlled and carpet loading/discharging can be performed quickly and easily by working these units

independent from each other. Specially designed cutting cylinder features a portable mechanism. Due to this portable mechanism, the blades in the cutting cylinder are used equivalently along the cylinder and the cutting process is always performed at the same homogeneous level.

■ Working parameters, blade speed, cutting depth, automatic lubrication speed, carpet tension and draft speed can be adjusted easily from the touch panel on the machine.

■ The fabric rewinding system shall be performed automatically by the computer at first startup of the machine or cancelled upon request. Recipe system for different types of carpets is available and upon calling a recipe, the machine loads all desired settings.
