Aim: To build a castle using recycled materials

This is a list of recycled material used for our project.

Plastic bottles Kitchen rolls Shoe boxes Ice-cream sticks

This is us doing a sketch.

We worked on a sketch together in class. We had many ideas.

Constructing the castle: STEP 1

We used a big shoebox to do the castle. We opened the shoebox and glued it the other way round. Our teacher helped

us to cut the door.

Constructing the castle: STEP 2

We made five towers using toilet paper rolls. We cut squares from one side of a toilet paper roll. We stuck

four towers to the edges of the box and one in the middle.

Constructing the castle: STEP 3

We made flags using cardboard and icecream sticks.

Decorating the castle: STEP 1

We painted the castle yellow with blue spots and the towers orange. We made a lake surronding

the casle.

Decorating the castle: STEP 2

We decorated the door with a funny face.
