The average whale shark has 11 to 14 rows of teeth. Each tooth is 3 millimeters in length.
Whale sharks mostly eat algae, krill,christmas island red crab , and squid.
When they are born, whale shark babies are usually 9 meters long and their prays are small crustaceans and schooling fish
Whale sharks can grow up to 65-75 feet long and up to 75,000 pounds
They live 230 feet (70 meters) deep in water.
Whale Sharks live in the Rhincodontidae familyand they can live up to 100-150 years old
The whale shark was named for its great size and diet.
Whale sharks are different from other sharks because they’re bigger, more graceful, and less harmful.
As a female whale shark reaches maturity, it’s
able to produce certain hormonal chemicals to
attract a mate
