Major Refurbishment

In our twenty seven years in the industry, we have refurbished the interiors and exteriors of hundreds of public and commercial buildings. Some requiring multiple trades which have been complex in nature, such as an operating theatre or hospital ward.  Others have been less complex single trade schemes, such as painting or flooring in schools.  Many have been in occupied areas, requiring us to work alongside the building user with care and understanding.

Maintenance

Not all projects are major and clients often require, for example, a notice board fitted or one room painted etc. We are more than happy to accommodate these requests and still offer the same high quality of service and reliability. We are more than happy to carry out these works out of normal hours if this is less disruptive to your organization.

We have been working with schools for the past 25 years carrying out major refurbishment, complex new build and extension projects. We have built our school portfolio based on several years of trust building and for many head teachers we are the first port of call when they need work done.
