CARLOSX360 CO. LTD.
Right now, CarlosX360 Co., Ltd. Is a global
gaming network of blogs and forums delivering
content to gamers worldwide.
The company’s intention is to become a game publisher/developer, and enter emerging gaming markets such as eSports, tournaments, among others.
THE VIDEO GAME INDUSTRY IS A VERY COMPETITIVE SPACE. THE ONLY WAY TO GET ATTENTION WITHOUT A LOT OF CAPITAL SPENT IS SIMPLY: BUILD YOUR OWN WEBSITE OR BUILD A NETWORK OF WEBSITES. PRECISELY WHAT CARLOSX360 DID.
Problem & Solution
By 2018, CarlosX360 accomplished this. Refer to the “Current Traction” section.
Problem: Players are sick and tired of publishers forcing invasive post-launch business models.
Solution: Constant game updates acts as ‘season pass.’ No matter how big or small.

Current TractionOn February 18, 2018, I accumulated all statistics from
the lifetime of CarlosX360's Network. Not all of these
websites are live. Every year, I retire the old websites,
and merge them where appropriate. This has been
my model since 2009. Continuously iterating.
DestroyRepeat is now the flagship product of the
network.
Currently, DestroyRepeat is a forum, but within the
next year, it will become a blog/forum website. I
acquired Call of Duty Blog to merge into
DestroyRepeat. It has 1,000 clickthroughs every week.
As you can see: 3 Million Page Views (ballpark), 1 Million Users across all statistics.

Update 8/15/2018: 2.9 Million Pageviews.

Best selling Video Game: Call of
Duty
250 Million Copies Sold Across
PlayStation, Xbox, PC in 16 years.
Battlefield was meant to
compete against Call of Duty,
but is behind with only 39 Million
Copies sold.
Fortnite and Player Unknown
Battlegrounds are two popular
games at the moment, but both
are free-to-play. Both are banking
on the popularity of the “Battle
Royale” modes.
Competition
Publisher of Call of Duty, Skylanders, Destiny, Diablo,
and World of Warcraft.
Publisher of Madden, Battlefield, Need for Speed, Medal of
Honor, The Sims, and more.
Publisher of Unreal, Fortnite, and is formerly publisher and
developer of Gears of War.
A Startup that developed and published Player Unknown
Battlegrounds.
Keep in mind, there are
more players in the Video
Game space. I am just
naming a few in this list.
What I want is to break into
the mainstream, where Call
of Duty currently thrives. The
reason for this is the ease of
entry. Trust in this industry is
vital, so that’s why I spent
years building my
reputation in a small sector.
The company is a network. I intended to build a network in the first place to get you to understand that one business model doesn't have to be the end of a company. Multiple business models means we can
move around without having our proverbial feet on mud. I built the company's DNA to navigate the gaming industry's ever-changing marketplace.
Why? It's always changing. It never stays the same every 5-10 years. Never.
I want YOU to understand that without panicking. Without asking me. WITHOUT worry.
- Currently, CarlosX360 Co., Ltd. does ads. It does integrated ads into CAPTCHA. Link Affiliate (VigLink)
- CarlosX360 Co., Ltd. also does sponsorships. (Image as proof)
- Video Games currently cost $60 (plus tax)
- The value goes down over time.
Other business models include microtransactions (& lootboxes) in the
actual game itself. This is currently a subject of controversy right now, and
I actually don't like it all that much. I will only do it as a player choice, and
not "in your face" like Battlefront 2.

Current Business Model & Future Business Models
Business Model & Profit Margin (Continued)
What it costs to make the actual print of the
box, and disc is actually cheaper now than it
sounds. Each print is about $20 all together.
That’s how publishers profit off the games.
The real cost of publishing the game is through
licensing. Every console manufacturer takes a
cut of every disc sold. But, this is also cheap,
as well. The pricing scheme is meant to draw
in more developers and publishers.
I’ll explain more in the business plan.
Wholesalers buy copies in bulk, the majority of
them cost $30 each, but when customers buy
them, it’s $60
Customer Acquisition
I started writing for websites, posting in forums since 2001. For 17 years now, I’ve been building my brand.
First as a username, then as “Carlos X,” snowballing down to “CarlosX360.” Since 2006, CarlosX360 grew
from a small site to a global brand. So, this is already under way.
So far, I’ve reached 1 Million Users. But as a game publisher/developer, you would have to reach more
people. Meaning you’d have to scale the business beyond your means, which is why I am coming to
you. Game development costs a lot of money, yes, but nothing, and I do mean, nothing compares
to the amount of money that is required to reach more than 20 Million gamers.
In the business plan, I go into great detail about this.
However, these are avenues I plan to reach gamers…
- Aggressive TV Advertising
- Online Advertising
- Social Media
- Product placements in popular cities
- Search Engine(s) Domination
- Aggressive positioning in Conventions
- Controversial in-game stories
- Partnership with brands like WWE
- Billboards
- Presence on ESPN, Yahoo, and other
online site takeovers
- Theatrical Trailers (In major theatres)
- Strong YouTube presence, beyond
just videos. Strong marketing
campaign.
- And more.
Right now, my websites are hosted on a single server for $17x.xx or similar – a month. Domains are $2 to $12 a pop depending on the tld. At the moment, I'm not making money back (well, I am, but not at a recurring pace), but I don't care. Because I'm investing in the brand itself. By the time I unveil my Video Game, or product, the gaming world will start to notice. "This is the same fucking guy that did that website!?" And that's going to inspire word of mouth, which has been my entire marketing strategy from day one. I've also bought websites in the thousands.
- I acquired CODForums for $1,101.
- I acquired several, similar Call of Duty forums for around hundreds to thousands each one.
- I acquired a very popular PlayStation Vita community for a measly $600. (Worth more though.)
- I acquired DestroyRepeat for $1,400, and a redesign was around the same.
- I acquired Battlefront Forum and Destiny Forum for a grand total of $2,500.
So, yes, I put my money where my mouth is. And keep in mind – a large Call of Duty
forum would cost me $20k. So, I got the best deals in the business. It pays to have a
strong brand and to keep on the good side of people.
Current Financials
Financial Projection
Every year, Call of Duty makes $1 Billion
Dollars by the end of the fiscal holiday
quarter.
With another $1 Billion Dollars in
follow-on cash from digital
purchases. Ranging from digital
store purchases, to
microtransactions, to season
passes, to …Lootboxes.
We are about 2 years away from the next game console. We are in the middle of a console-refresh. If you invest in the company now, you'll see your money back on PlayStation 5 or Xbox "Scorpio" launch. Or even the year after.
I am NOT interested in acquisition offers. I intend for CarlosX360 to become the world's largest video game company.
I am more interested in an IPO. And stay profitable afterwards. I am more interested in creating a legendary name. Anyone who comes in my way, will have to either move over, or be steamrolled.
I've dominated a sector, and I intend to do this again. CODForums is the #1 Call of Duty Forum in the world, others are dying in my rise.
