I have run my own company with my own resources. At first, I developed all the roles. This included:

• Technical Department: Design, installation and execution of all the projects in which VMG took part.• Commercial tasks. • Administration: Invoices, quotes, expenses, payments etc.• Logistics: Deliveries and orders management (courier service control).• Stock control: materials orders and material assignment to the projects and clients.

As VMG grew up, the team also did, recruiting people for working in each Department. I have always maintained my charge as the maximum responsible of VMG and head of the Technical and Commercial Department.

Within the Technical Department my current role is Project Management and Design, Sales and Installation, supported by other employees with whom I work side by side.

I also made an effort in creating a R+D Department and focused on designing our own products and solutions.

Nowadays, VMG has become a reference on international scale within the Electrical and Electronics Marine Industry with clients and projects from all over the world. In economic terms, VMG has increased year after year its benefits, without needing external financing.

I was a member of the Electronics Department, installing systems and sensors and carrying daily maintenance routines. I developed this job both in San Diego and Spain.

I was the person in charge of the Electronics Department. I selected all the members of my Department and was the main responsible of the systems and tasks.

I started as a member of the Electronics Department as an installer; doing electrical and electronics systems maintenance. As time passes, I finally become the person in charge of this area, taking decisions about purcha-ses and systems on board.

I was an electronics installer and responsible of this Department.

I worked as electronics installer apprentice.

Wide experience in the electrical and electronics Marine Industry, in which I have been working since 20 years ago. Having grown in permanent contact with different areas as administration, logistics, commercial and tech-nical Department, makes me easy the understanding and planning of different jobs, project management and any task, identifying the priorities in each moment.

I am well organized and methodical, enthusiastic and with a great ability both in my work and the relationship with people and workmates.

My fortitudes within a company are technical, management and commercial tasks, extended ability making profitable the resources in order to get benefits.
