CARITAS MOSCOWCaritas Moscow was founded as a member ofthe Caritas Russia network in 1991, in order to providehumanitarian assistance to vulnerable groups after thecollapse of the Soviet Union. Since 2010, CaritasMoscow cooperates with Caritas International Belgiumwithin the project of voluntary return and reintegration.
Reintegration assistance can be provided in every region within the RF through local Caritas branches or other local NGOs.
In the North Caucasus region, reintegration assistanceis offered by Sintem NGO.
Reintegration services�e ERIN Specific Action Program is a reintegration program implemented by 18 host countries.
It offers a reintegration assistance to Russian nationals who return to their home country voluntarily or by force.
Who can be assisted?If you are a Russian national returning from Austria, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, you can contact Caritas Moscow or Sintem NGO after arrival, in order to check your eligibility and activate the reintegration assistance.
Only after approval of the responsible ERIN partner institution, the assistance will be provided.

2. Reintegration assistance in the short and long term
SINTEM NGO Sintem NGO is a non-governmental organization that was founded in the Chechen Republic in 2005.
Sintem NGO is specialized in offering psychologicalassistance for women and families in difficult situations, as well as in organizing information sessions and activities for vulnerable persons.
Sintem is assisting returnees to the Chechen Republic, Dagestan, Ingushetia, North Ossetia and Kabardino-Balkaria since 2012.
Basic assistance after arrivalin the Russian Federation: • Pick-up or reception at the place of arrival (e.g. airport)
• Temporary shelter (maximum 7 days)
• Urgent medical treatment
• Guidance for vulnerable people
• Other basic assistance after arrival
Reintegration assistance in theshort and long term: • Medical support, juridical advice and social assistance
• Vocational training, education, providing access to the Russian labor market
• Assistance in setting up a small business or any other income generating activity
• Other types of assistance, depending on the needs of the returnee and on the available reintegration package
