MONTHLY CAREGIVER SALARY• Starts at S$600, goes up to S$1,000, depending on Caregiver’s experience, and on complexity of assignment - You can reduce the cost of the monthly levy from

S$265/ month to S$60/ month under the “Aged person scheme” or “Persons with disabilities scheme”.

- If you are eligible, you can apply for the Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW) Grant by AIC, and benefit from another S$120/ month.

• You will be the employer, and sign a FDW contract with the Caregiver. Salary is to be paid directly to the Caregiver

AGENCY FEES• A one-off set-up fee of S$2,675 w/GST, inclusive of : - Work Permit application (S$30) and issuance (S$30) - Settling-In-Programme (S$75) - Medical Check-up - Caregiver’s food and lodging in Singapore

before issuance of workpass - Caregiving consultation at home - Integration training and bedside training conducted by our senior nursing trainer - Caregiver’s Uniform

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSWhat is the Qualification of your Caregivers? • Our Specialised Caregivers are foreign Nurses (Diploma or

Degree), Nurse Assistants, and Nursing Aids. They have relevant experience such as caring for Dementia Patients, Stroke Patients, Cancer patients, etc.

• Our Caregiving Consultants, who are local senior nurses themselves, will be able to advise you on which qualification

experience is required after they conduct their assessment of the patient.

Where are your Caregivers from? • Our caregivers are from India, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Indonesia,

Philippines. However we usually advise our clients to make their choice mostly based on the specific skillset required for the patient, so country of origin is usually not a main factor in their final decision.

• Our caregivers speak English. Some of them may already understand and or speak simple Chinese or Malay. They are able to pick up local dialects when necessary.

How do you screen and select your caregivers? • Our recruiters are Senior Nurses themselves. They carefully pre-select candidates based on education and experience. All short-listed candidates are thoroughly interviewed. Their technical skills, but also their service orientation, caring attitude and motivation are assessed. • Our caregivers do not have to pay (either us or any middleman)

to get a job with Active Global. This means that we have no bias in recruiting, our sole criteria are skills and

motivation.
