Paint Protection™ Product); (2) any damage which occurs after the term of this Warranty has expired; (3) any damage which occurs after the termination

this Warranty as a result of a Carefree Paint Protection™ Exterior Paint Care Repair or a Carefree Paint Protection™ Interior Care Repair exceeding

the Actual Cash Value of the covered vehicle at the time of repair; (4) any damage caused by neglect, vandalism or fire; (5) any damage resulting from commercial usage; (6) any Consequential Damages; (7) in-home or at-home

service; or (8) the cost to transport the Covered Vehicle to a repair facility.
