You’ll start with classroom style training in a peer group. You’ll be mentored by experienced recruiters, trainers and directors. Your personal development plan sets you up for your career here.
Once you are up-and-running, you continually learn. The basic skills of recruitment are developed further and your knowledge of technologies is strengthened.
We don’t want your career to be mediocre. That’s why you go from good to great! We pledge to support you in becoming just that. Specific workshops and one-to-one coaching guides this.
We encourage employees to grow into people management positions. This is a different skill-set and we recognise that leadership positions require different support. We can take you from consultant to manager and even to director level.

We realise that a management position is not for everyone. From Senior Consultant level we have seen multiple employees progress to become a Principal Consultant.

Every year we participate in several charity events. Our employees nominate charities throughout the year for fundraising initiatives.
Our ‘charity of the year’ receives funds from us throughout the year, with other nominated charities being selected for one-off monthly fundraisers.
We encourage all employees to engage with our charities and to take part in events with colleagues.
Our 2017 charity of the year is St. Rocco’s Hospice in Warrington. St Rocco’s Hospice provides high-quality care and promotes physical, social, psychological and spiritual wellbeing for patients with life-limiting illnesses.
So far this year we’ve taken part in the Manchester 10k race and we’ve rowed in the Warrington Dragon Boat Race.
Previous years have seen us in cycling events, dress-down days, Christmas Jumper days and our proudest charity achievement - climbing Snowdon!
