Campus Trendz Survey 2013 is the sixth edition of CareerNet’s Annual Compensation Survey. Compensation is a key factor for organizations in attracting and retaining talent. 20% outsource their Entry level hiring.

Overall entry level attrition across sectors is 17%.

Overall entry level women diversity is 36%.

Tier A campuses are preferred for offering Research & Development Roles.

Majority of Attrition at high-paying roles is due to further studies whereas it is better pay at low-

IT Product and Services sector have higher fixed pay, around 90%.

Participating IT Product and BFSI - Offshore companies hire entry level talent from Tier A+ campuses

for high-end technology roles.

Participating IT Product companies not only pay significantly higher salaries for IT roles at entry

level, but also for functional roles like HR, Sales/Marketing & Operations over other industry

verticals.

Participating companies pay similar salaries to Engineering and Management post graduates across

each tier of college.
