Based in Honolulu, you will be a key contributor to the firm's success. You will work closely with principals and associates to manage the firm's marketing and business development efforts; coordinate press and public relations efforts; update the website and guide social media activities; and handle responses to inquiries about the firm, including preparing statements of qualifications, proposals, and presentations. Responsibilities• Reporting to partners and working closely with our virtual chief marketing officer Howard Wolff, your main responsibilities will consist of managing marketing activities: implementing a strategic marketing plan; updating client and potential client databases; coordinating initiatives with marketing, branding and graphic design consultants; maintaining the website with regular social media content and blog posts; compiling submittals for design awards and magazines.• As needed and requested, assist principals with client communications and miscellaneous administrative duties.

Professional Qualifications• 5+ years of experience in marketing in architecture or a related field• Experience working collaboratively with a diverse team• Excellent verbal, written and graphic communication skills• An eye for design, detail and layout of digital and print materials• Experience managing interior and exterior photo shoots• Proficiency with: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, WordPress, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
