    Suntem n Era Vrstorului.Pe tabla cu materii prime a lumii, rul captteren. Cum de este posibil aa ceva, se ntreaboamenii, din ce n ce mai des Este cert cfacem fa, sufocant de greu, presiunii care se

    exercit asupra noastr, rostogolit parc dinneant, presiunii cameleonice a tuturor tendinelor

    de orientare negativ. Dup terorism, ceurmeaz?     Evoluia conflictelor Om Om, din apogeul sprecare tind, ntreinut arbitrar de reprobabilul

    Orgoliu Partidic, nu las loc nici mcar uneibree cu orientare pozitiv. Primul gnd care tencearc dup evaluare este: culpa ine de Statulde Drept; mai precis, de zoocronia oamenilorpolitici, indiferent de meridianul de domiciliu n-de-a pstra echilibrul dintre nivelul de trai,aspiraii i ineria obtuz a tuturor perspectivelor.

    Ce face posibil diferena dintre acumulareacreativului i pierderea de consisten acalculelor? Faptul c, firma privat, care esteStatul de Drept, din nerentabil n ataredesfurare, devine i mai nerentabil. Firmaprivat care nu produce profit intr n faliment;astfel vor sta lucrurile i cu Statul de Drept.mpotriva naturii, ncep s realizeze

    contribuabilii devine aspectul: Statul de Drepteste slujit de ctre subalternii si, dar de pltit,sunt pltii de ctre electorat. Spus fr echivoc,cazul frizeaz absurdul: contribuabilii pltescoamenii politici, contribuabilii le pltescsubalternii, i tot contribuabilii pltesc taxe,impozite i derivatele lor. La un moment dat,omul va obosi s-i tot fac ru. Se va trezi dinorbeciala de milenii, stul de Fata Morgana apromisiunilor electorale i va substantiva: eu mipltesc salariaii; tot astfel trebuie s procedeze iStatul de Drept. Responsabilitatea mea de viu alcetii este s consolidez cadrul propice derulriizilelor, n condiii optime dezvoltrii fiinei;responsabilitatea Statului de Drept este s vad

    ca Legea ce mi se aplic s fie dreapt. ntremine, ca viu al cetii, i Statul de Drept ca

    pstrtor de pravile, trebuie s existe colaborarea,punerea n raport de perfecionare a prezentuluiantitetic fa de trecut i pregtirea pentruinseminare a ogivelor fertile, create anume pentruviitor. Astfel, devine imperios necesar: ori cafirma privat, care este Statul de Drept, s devinrentabil, adic s obin profit, n aa fel nct s

    ajung s stea pe picior de egalitate cu viul cetiiguvernate, ori s cedeze postura de guvernantelectoratului, adic celor care produc ntotdeaunan proporie superioar consumului. Cale demijloc nu se afl. Pe mapamond existprecedentul, este adevrat, timid nc,dar exist:numesc Principatul Monaco. n funcie decapacitile de adaptare ale Statului de Drept la

    noile condiii cerute intrinsec de noua ordine,Monacosia, n care Statul de drept este sinonimcu Electoratul, n acelai ritm, raportul depercuie dintre bine ctre i mai bine va funcionafr sincope. Graniele vor dispare, ne vomelibera de patriotismul regional, vom arunca lagroapa uitrii natura conjuncturilor. Dar ceea ceeste i mai important, vom realiza c singuraarm de care avem nevoie este buna nelegere,cu atribut caracterial.

    Perspectiva, dar i Leit-motivul

    Avem Datul - Natura Mam; avem Harul - Putem Nate Binele; i avem Menirea - Orizontul
