Slippery eels• how much user work did we do this month?

– In-depth work with x people (our relatives) – how many? My mum and dad, Beth’s Gran…? Also taxis…finding out what like to be a user (carer). Any more?

More in terms of service design;• How will we ethically work with people and co-designing.

– (We should set up co-design partnerships with local authorities and NEC, be transparent with all involved, run a development blog/newsletter)

• How will multiple households use the service?– (Scanning NEC cards eventually) but we will work on this.

• Data sharing, if we know people are not in their house, could this data be used in the wrong way? – We will take precautionary measures and gain feedback on this and expertise

• You're planning to get these people together for workshops and get ideas from them about places to go and journey's to do - what's in it for them? What's the connecting bit? – 1. They get to meet others and share ideas/experiences, – 2. their ideas go into the ALISS Engine and then re-appear for them and others in newsletters, statements,

suggestions for places to go, things to do/see etc. – 3. They (maybe) come away with something to take home – a record of what they’ve learned. – 4. They join the CF community and will help us shape the service

• You say in your proposal that you’ll begin to involve buddies and a network of volunteers – ho will you ensure the safety of vulnerable older people? How will you check the volunteers?– We’ll work with existing agencies, volunteers drivers orgs etc. – who already deal with this, and partner with/learn

from them

• A large proportion of your ££ is for website development – what functionality will you offer by next May? What exactly will stages 1,2 & 3 provide to the consumer?– Information, planning tools, sign up and profiles, forums, proof of concept for taxi bookings/city car club integrations
