Business Presentation

Oklahoma’s Quality Jobs Program has been helping businesses expand in Oklahoma since 1993. The increasing businesses are contributing to the quality of life in the state by creating new jobs. According to the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, more than 775 companies have received more than 1 billion in wage rebates as a result of the incentive program. How it works: The Qualify Jobs Program will reimburse 5 percent of payroll for 10 years to companies that make at least 2.5 million in new payroll. Companies that are eligible for the program include administrative offices, research and development agencies, manufacturing and distribution centers. For more information about the Quality Jobs Program, contact the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber Economic Development or visit www.okcchamber.com.

“Oklahoma City depends on the State’s incentive programs to create vibrant communities and high quality of life. These incentive programs are crucial to bring the best businesses to Oklahoma. However, every year the incentive programs are at risk of being eliminated during the State’s Legislative Session.
