*Effective January 1, 2011, the New Jersey Electronic Waste Management Act, P.L. 2008 c. 130, prohibits the landfilling of these consumer electronics. Contact your municipality to ask about collection or a drop-off location. **Small rechargeable batteries are recycled at retail drop off sites. For locations, visit www.call2recycle.org or call 877-723-1297. Dispose of single use alkaline batteries (AAA, AA, C, D, etc.) in the regular trash.
