COMPONENT REBUILDSAES Component Rebuild Facility has the ability to service and repair the full CAT product range of major machinery and equipment components, as well as other manufacturers. This includes transmissions, engines and final drives to hydraulic pumps, motors and cylinders, torque converters and much more.

LINE BORING, WELDING & FABRICATIONAES provide line boring services using an in-house boring machine. This provides clients with a cost-effective alternative to dismantling equipment for repairs. We provide fully qualified boilermaker-welders with experience in major structural repairs, modifications and general repairs. NDT-UT (Non Destructive Testing - Ultra Sonic Testing) and Heat Treatment/Baking Oven for stress relief on all major repairs if required.

SANDBLAST & PAINTAES maintain an industrial sandblasting and industrial painting facility, considered one of the best in Western Australia. Our weather-proof industrial sandblasting booth has the capacity to sandblast four large earthmoving machines at one time. A number of mining machines can be painted simultaneously in the adjoining 640 square metre industrial painting spray booths, providing a highly efficient service to our clients.

QUARANTINE CLEANINGAES provides quarantine cleaning services for industrial mining equipment in line with strict international standards. Our purpose-built facility includes wash-down areas to offer a quick response, and capacity to provide a complete cleaning service in one location.

MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL REPAIRSAES provides a comprehensive component and mechanical repair service for all types of earthmoving equipment repairs. We have the capacity to repair anything from a minor oil leak, to a complete refurbishment of a chassis or a complete machine. Our experienced personnel can perform general machining, rebuilding or refurbishing on equipment from leading brands such as Caterpillar, Liebherr, Komatsu, Hitachi and Terex. Not restricted by dealer constraints, AES is able to source the most competitive prices for replacement parts, providing significant cost savings to our clients.
