One Team – One Delivery: we will deliver an integrated level of service that will demonstrate value at every stage of the project life cycle.

MEETING THE DEFENCE CHALLENGE

The defence market has changed significantly over the last decade and will continue to

do so over the next ten years; likely to be influenced by a host of broader dynamics. The

Australian Government’s commitment to increase spending to 2% of GDP within a decade

indicates that capital expenditure is likely to increase over the next few years.

The operation and constraints of defence projects are unique from that of any other commission

type. Defence sites operate on an almost 24-hour basis, employ thousands of staff and have

hundreds of thousands of personnel passing through their facilities each year. The right environment

needs to be provided for all personnel, balanced with the requirement for essential services,

accommodation, training facilities and infrastructure that will optimise running costs and profits.

This is where we can help you.

Our reputation is based on a commitment to build extraordinary partnerships with

our clients and multi-disciplinary experts from across the globe – a commitment to

go beyond the expected. This approach has helped us build long term relationships

with defence clients who value the difference we make to their business.
