SLUDGE CLEANING Arrow Operations & Technologies and WATMAR operate under a joint venture agreement to offer innovative robotic collection, treatment and recycling of sludge and wastewater in Australia. TESTING/CALIBRATION SERVICES

HYDROSTATIC TESTING • Our NATA approved facilities can hydrostatically pressure test almost anything up to 7,300 kPa, and we pride ourselves on providing you with a quick turnaround time.• Testing of pipes, valves, hoses and associated components for a wide range of applications.

PUMP AND VALVE TESTING • In-house pump testing station for operational certification of pumps and valves.• All testing carried out to wide range of certifying bodies including (but not limited to); Lloyds

Register, Det Norsek Veritas and Germanischer Lloyd and ABS.

CALIBRATION SERVICES• NATA accredited pressure/vacuum measuring device calibration to ISO/IEC 17025:2005.• Gauge pressure calibration in the range -95kPa (-0.95bar) to 70 MPa (700bar) • Pressure and vacuum gauge testing as defined by the AS 1349 and MSA Test Method 1 & 2• Calibration of analogue and digital gauges, pressure recorders, mechanical chart recorders

MACHINERY CONDITION MONITORING • Measurement, monitoring, problem solving and reporting of services including; • Vibration of stationary and rotating equipment, harmonic analysis • Thermal distribution analysis (infrared) • Pressure monitoring, high frequency pulse analysis

UPGRADE OF THE SWAN BREWERY COOLING TOWERS • WATMAR Industrial was tasked with the upgrade of the swan brewery cooling towers. This

included the demolition and waste removal of the existing towers and the re-development of polyethylene (ABS) piping, tanks and heat exchangers.

• Equipment was pre-manufactured and delivered to site where tanks, piping, heat exchangers, motors and controllers where installed.

PUMP SKID FOR OIL PLATFORM (HIGH FLOW, DIESEL DRIVEN, FIRE SUBMERSIBLE)• WATMAR was tasked to build 12 diesel driven fire submersible pump skids for use on oil platforms in India, Korea, Vietnam, Singapore and UAE. • WATMAR’s scope was to design and manufacture, install and commission the systems. Each

pump set weighed approximately 15 tonnes. • In house testing confirmed required pressure and flow requirements prior to offshore site installation and commissioning.

BP HEAT EXCHANGER REPLACEMENT/REFURBISHMENT • WATMAR Industrial undertook work to refurbish/replace tube heat exchangers at a BP oil

refinery.• The work scope required exchangers to be disassembled, inspected and repaired/ replaced as required to meet stringent acceptance criteria.• Works were completed with pressure testing, certification and set to work processes.

FEATURE PROJECTS

RE-FIT WORK ON ADV OCEAN PROTECTOR• DOF Ship Management engaged WATMAR to project manage the ADV Ocean Protector

2017 refit on Garden Island Defence base.• All aspects of the re-fit were managed including scheduling, procurement, labour allocation,

HSEQ processes and logistics. • 3000 man hours were able to be delivered within a 3 week period. • Additional work scopes were carried out off the coast of Christmas and Cocos Islands.
