SOUTH VILLAGE The scope of works involves the design and documentation, manufacture, supply and installation This flagship development includes 749 residential apartments spread across six buildings, a brand-new shopping center including Coles and Aldi Supermarkets, a gym and holistic/wellness center and twenty-seven specialty retailers. The village precinct also includes an array of cafes and restaurants. Client: Deicorp Constructions Location: Kirrawee, Sydney

Bowden Street

This innovative, refurbished and enlarged building was purposely built for the fashion industry. It boasts polished concrete floors, high ceilings and an open-plan floor plate of almost 2000sqm.It comprises of three levels of office space with chillers, boilers, VRF and centralized plant. 5star Energy rating

The scope of works involves the design &

documentation, manufacture, supply and

installation. Forty-seven storey residential

tower consisting of 441 apartments,

gymnasium, retail stores and commercial

St Basil’s Aged Care

Aged care facility with unassisted and

assisted living apartments, 186 in total.

Three levels of basement and eight

levels of back of house commercial

areas, residences and common areas

toilet/ laundry and kitchen exhaust

Burwood Grand

An eleven storey mixed-used development

consisting of residential apartments, gum,

retail tenancies and council commercial

ventilation systems with Carbon Monoxide

activation systems.

Altitude Tower

The scope of works involves the design & documentation, manufacture, supply and installation. Narrow foot print and tallest building in Blacktown Features include; reverse cycle VRF AC to apartments, apartments kitchen exhaust systems, AC to lobbies, commercial kitchen exhaust systems, common area toilet exhaust systems, car par ventilation systems and stairwell pressurisation supply and relief.

Over the past decade, Dynatech has transformed from a commercial refrigeration manufacturing company to a leading provider in the design and construction of heating, ventilating and air conditioning services

Dynatech Industries can provide a complete design service form initial site survey project supervision / witnessing of commissioning. We can provide a full specification of works for tender purposes together tender sum analysis and tender drawings as necessary for all design works.

Our design calculations are carried out utilising the latest design software packages and are

in full accordance with current legislation.

Design work can be carried out by our own in-house team, however we can, as required,

utilise the services of external partner consulting engineers with Dynatech managing the

process.

Our team can produce fully detailed designs and fully coordinated working drawings using the

latest AutoCAD drawing software.

Dynatech’s commitment complements the input of value engineering in delivering projects

on time and on budget; highlighted through repeat projects, undertaken for a diverse and

well-established client base.

National Code of Practice and Industry Guidelines make up the required strategy for placement in

both services and implementation during procurement of work/project placement.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Our Quality Management System ensures that all works are independently checked

and tested prior to handover. Our induction and personnel checks ensure each

operative is qualified prior to works.

Test and inspection sheets are completed for each level of the installation (i.e. first fix,

second fix). All systems are commissioned by highly qualified engineers. Any defects

are tracked, and improvements suggested.

Dynatech has implemented a paperless audit system which provides real time

updating on the progress of works. Each audit has questions that are answered

with photos of each element in the audit. Each audit comes with a percentage

complete, which is presented to the client before handover to other trades.

Dynatech employs a dedicated resource to complete the audits separate from the

installation team to ensure transparency.
