Anime and Manga Cartoon Drawing (Ages 12+)People of all ages love to draw and read Anime and Manga! Enhance your draw-ing style of these cartoons. Draw a favorite anime character from one of Miyasa-ki’s popular disney �lms: Ponyo, Totoro, Howl’s Moving Castle, �e Cat Returns, Kiki’s Delivery Service, or Spirited Away. Come have fun improving your artistic talents and experiment with mixed art media. Students will complete two art pieces in ink and one original art piece which will be with mixed media.

Required materials include your own reference of character you want to draw. Purchase a small set of Prismacolor ink pencils, two sketch and wash pencil sets w/sharpener, Prismacolor art pencils, a set of Prismacolor ink pens, and 11x14 Bristol drawing paper, these must be brought to each class.
