Testimonial
From a Happy Client…
Once Max was done with my house, I wanted to buy it myself! It looked so warm and pretty. I wish I had used her expertise before we decided to move out of State.
We didn’t have any traffic for more than three months while our house was on the market. My Real Estate agent, Holly Dees, convinced me of the benefits of Home Staging and we had a lot more traffic and a serious offer within 20 days after Staging!
This was a great experience and I would recommend Max and the concept of Staging to anyone considering to sell their house

The photo on the left reflects what you saw when the front door opened. Not very interesting, attention captioning or welcoming
Using a neutral but warm color paint, a tall dried flower arrangement a warmer, more welcoming sight greeted you as you walked in.
Really didn’t know what this room was for, could’ve been an office…..
So we changed it into a cozy reading corner or sitting area.
When selling a house, make sure the rooms are identified. Don’t let buyers wonder what to do with it
Granted, the home owners started moving already, but who would feel like this is home when looking at this? The next listing might look better…so click! Away they go!
Now the dining room looks more personal and inviting, more user friendly
With a little rearrangement of furniture, adding simple accessories, it now is open and warm
This Living Room was completely obstructed by the couches, hardly any flow through the room
The couch should never have been placed right next to the staircase
Now, after moving the couch, this room is not considered a danger zone anymore.
From boring….
To bright
Once again. Flow blocked to the kitchen and outdoor area
Now easy accessible by placing the double couch elsewhere
.
The room appeared to be cluttered, although all clutter has been removed by now
Now it’s open, and bright!
Guest bathroom before staging
After Staging
Something borrowed, something new…
The home sellers already moved the Master Bedroom furniture, so we borrowed some furniture, bought something new and now the size of the room is clearly visible and all the potential is displayed. Vacant rooms looks smaller. Even if you are ready to move, leave some furniture behind to stage your house.
Master Bathroom…from no personality
Now appears fresh and clean
Last but not least: Your outdoor space is just as important as the indoors. Keep it tidy, keep the grass short and make sure your potential buyers are aware
of special features. This backyard has access to the park right behind them. Great feature!
Cheers! See you at the next house!
