the world for the sport. Every night there are 9 exciting races. When the Klaxon

blares, to start every heat... 4 wagons, 24 horses and 8 outriders race around

the track! There are only 36 drivers, so this is a limited opportunity for you to

provide your clients, staff, family and friends with a unique Calgary experience

Advertisers are entitled to a number of Chuckwagon Access Passes. Please

note that not every type of pass enables full access to Stampede Park or the

Chuckwagon Barn area.

Barn Passes DO NOT provide any gate or Grandstand admission and cannot

be used for park admission.

Advertisers can choose their pass options and make any required upgrades

and payments. A customized form will be in the Advertiser Manual.

ADVERTISER PASS AND ACCESS DETAILS

Chuckwagon VIP Passes are allotted to Advertisers in the following increments,

based on the canvas purchase price

A SUCCESSFUL BID OF $100,000 AND OVER AT THE CANVAS AUCTION INCLUDES:

• 20 VIP Passes – includes gate admission, Grandstand admission* and barn access.

• 2 Catering VIP Passes – includes gate admission, Grandstand admission* and barn access.

• 25 Barn Passes – barn access only, no gate or Grandstand admission; can be upgraded to VIP

passes for $35/pass.

• 1 Barn Delivery Pass – for a vehicle only to enter the hosting area during restricted times (individuals in vehicle MUST have VIP pass).

• 1 Parking Pass – in a preferred lot, close proximity to Stampede Park.

PARKING

Included in the Advertiser Package is one parking pass for free access to a

designated lot in close proximity to Stampede Park. Upon receipt of the package,

a map will be included with directions to the lot.

Chuckwagon Advertisers are eligible to purchase a maximum of 2 additional

parking passes. Details will be available in the Advertiser Manual.

*Seating is limited to the top two rows of Infield seating. These seats will be held until 8:30 pm nightly but, following that time,unused seats will be released to the general public. When seats are not available, the pass also allows for standing room on theGrandstand tarmac.

Barn hosting access is exclusive and guarantees an experience of a lifetime for

your guests! Hosting space is available back at the barns and food service can be

provided by Stampede Catering or a catering company of your choice. To comply

with City code on temporary structures, all canopies will be supplied and erected

in your hosting space prior to move-in by the Stampede at no cost to you. All you

need to supply is tables and chairs, we would be happy to supply you with rental

companies to contact.

Bar service is available with a choice of two options. Bar Service includes bar set

up, beverage refrigeration and a trained bartender exclusive to your hosting

space for the hours of 4:30 to 7pm and from 9:15 to 11:00pm nightly. Required

compliance with the Calgary Fire Department, Alberta Health Services and AGLC

ensures a great hosting experience for all guests.

*Please note that the Calgary Stampede will compensate all liquor service and support staff working in the H-Barn hosting area. Advertisers or their guests do not need to additionally tip their bartenders.

PREMIUM VENUES

The 2016 GMC Rangeland Derby isn’t just something you watch, it’s something you

experience. As a chuckwagon advertiser you can take advantage of priority access

to hosting at the Calgary Stampede.

The Frontier Pavilion is western hospitality with a kick. Live western music and

authentic western cuisine prepared by our executive chef are just the beginning.

Your guests will also get prime lower level tickets for the GMC Rangeland Derby

and a collector’s edition souvenir program to commemorate the event.

The Rangeland Tent gives your guests a taste of good old-fashioned western

hospitality with the Rangeland Package. The night starts out with a BBQ and

live western music and finishes off with prime balcony tickets during the GMC

Rangeland Derby.

The Paddock Balcony is sure to impress your guests on our exclusive rooftop patio

where they will be treated to authentic western cuisine. This package includes

prime lower level tickets in the Grandstand.

Private Infield Suites- The theme is “up close” for proximity to

the action. You can hear the shouts of drivers and feel the wind

as the wagons head around the barrels. If you’re lucky you may

even get a bit of dirt in your teeth. Don’t be fooled - this is high-style hosting with

private in-suite attendants and personalized service.

Our most elegant venue, ranahans is located on the third level of the

Grandstand and houses three exclusive private dining areas. When

the action starts outside, guests move to covered seats within the

Grandstand with personalized beverage service in the seats.

The Lazy S provides premium dining, lounge and event seating on the fourth

level of the Grandstand. From private indoor Executive Suites to covered

outdoor Loge Seating with a served gourmet dinner, The Lazy S is designed for

great views of the GMC Rangeland Derby and the Evening Stage Show.

Located on the main level of the Grandstand, 30X Saloon can be

booked as a semi-private or private hosting venue. When your guests

finish dinner, you move to great seats in the Grandstand with the rest of

the Stampede fans, with personalized service.
