When we asked Cansu Yumusak few Questions regarding her internship see what she answered. -Give a heading to your experience in not more than three or four words. Changing Life into Fullness!! -Describe your experience in Hyderabad regarding you project and stay. First of all thanks for asking our reports, because i have a lot to say! To begin with, I should say that my manager was great. Malisetti Tandav Krishna (Team Leader of Social Initiatives Department of AIESEC In Hyderabad), gave me the project we decided, sent me the pictures of the place that i will stay, and sent them before i came, so i was prepared to everything. And, he found contacts to me, contacts which works in the very same project with me, so i was, again, prepared for everything. he was careful, interested and helped each and every person who asked help from him. All Interns asked help from my manager, because we all knew that if TK knows, he solves. :) Also, he visited us each and every single day in the flat and asked if we need anything. Secondly, i want to talk about my project. I do not know who said it wasn't even an experience but, for me, it was a lifetime experience. It changed my life entirely. I will definitely come back to Hyderabad even just to see the orphanage i worked with again: Grace Society. They gave me a whole different point of view about life. They teach me how to be happy with little things. They showed us respect, they loved us, and i want to work with them, lifetime. I want to find some financial support for them from Turkey. I will do my best. “I learnt that if I give love to a kid,it becomes triple the love I gave”. Said by Cansu. Regarding Project

FootPrints1.What is Project Footprints?Project Footprints is an Initiative taken by AIESEC in Hyderabad to work on Child Rights in Hyderabad making use of International Interns.2. Why Child RIghts?Imagine pulling out your child from school just because you are unable to find a job that pays enough to support your family. Imagine entire generations of your family being born into bonded labor, with no hope of breaking free. Half of India's children are deprived of their fundamental right to education every day. 3. What is the Vision of the Project?“Helping the underprivileged children and imparting skills to them which will enable them to excel in life and to motivate them to confront the situation through collective action thereby giving the child an opportunity to realize his full potential.” 4. What is the Job Role of Intern? The interns will help the children in developing their personality and leadership skills. The Interns responsible for stressing upon various aspects, such as : 1) Hygiene 2) Cultural Sensitivity 3) ART and Dance 4) Small activities to earn a basic livelihood. The Interns responsible for teaching English to kids studying in the rural school as well as some basic computer skills. Responsible for Delivering workshops on HIV/AIDS and environment, for the parents of the concerned children.

“AIESEC Internships are life Changing Experiences”Cansu Yumusak Totally agrees with this

statement as she believes her life has

changed post her AIESEC Internship in

Hyderbad.

Because thats an orphanage which needs every single Rupee and also which can turn every rupee to a smile on a child's face :) So, again thanks for leading me and helping me to work with such a great place.

I want to thank AIESEC In Hyderabad, especially, TK and after Arjun :) Clinton, Amandeep, Shashank, PT, they were also around when we needed them. :)

Thanks again :)

PS: Please take care of my kids in the GSES.

-What was the best thing about your experience and why?I learned not to complain about my life, and learned that if I give love to a kid, it becomes triple! It is just awesome and needs no reason. My faith in humanity restores. My Mr.Victor and Rachel.(Members of the NGO)

-We generally say AIESEC Internships are life changing experience. Can you comment on this phrase after you have gone through one?Yes,Indeed AIESEC Internship are life changing experience. I totally agree with every single letter in the phrase. I am a different person now. I know what it means for crying because of hunger.

-Do you feel that you have contributed to community if yes how?Yes,I think so. Because now I am trying to find some donations for the Orphanage where i worked since I know how important is it for them to receive funds on periodical basis

so that they can give a happy life to the underprivileged children.
