Villa 326 is located in Canggu region of Kuta, close enough yet far away from the hustle and bustle of

the tourist area of Kuta, only 30 minutes from the airport and also the nearest golf course. The complex

occupies a total land area of 2000 m2 and consists of one main building which houses 3 deluxe

bedrooms (1 master with king-size bed, 2 with queen-size bed) each with own open garden bathroom

as well as a spacious living area with modern home conveniences, and a separate villa with one deluxe

room (queen-size bed) with en-suite and a private living room.

The swimming pool is exactly in front of the main building, which faces the west. This guarantees a

perfect sun-set almost every day. There is a building which contains a fully equipped kitchen and the

dining area. The 6 x 16 meters swimming pool cools down almost everything around the whole

complex during the day, and its warmth creates a romantic atmosphere when night falls. The

architecture is a charming fusion of modern Balinese and minimalist tropical design, which makes

effective use of natural texture and local materials, while also incorporating the essential elements of

Balinese Hindu philosophy and symbolism. The stylish and comfortable interiors have been

The management of Villa 326 provides full hotel services supported by a carefully selected team of

highly trained, friendly staff who will do their best to ensure that our guests experience a truly enjoyable

stay in Bali.Personal butlers are on hand 24 hours a day to pamper and look after every need of our

guests throughout their stay.We provide cooks, housekeepers, gardeners, pool attendants and

maintenance staff. Security guards operate on a 24-hour shift basis. Meals can be prepared & served in

the Villa if you wish. The cooks are trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine.

They are responsible for all the market shopping, in accordance with the needs and the whims of the

guests.The housekeepers fulfill all of the housekeeping duties while also taking care of the daily

laundry. The facilities of a car and driver are provided free for the guests to use (up to 10 hours daily

excluding petrol).The personal butlers will provide well-informed guide to Bali's day and nightlife, fine

dining reservations, cocktail parties, arrange island tours, in-room massage services, cultural activities,
