EXECUTIVE SUMMARYBased on the analytics performed over one month, the following insights are observed:

• Over 12 million mentions of the Republican candidates are observed.

• Trump dominates (8.3M mentions), followed by Cruz (729K), Walker (564K), and Bush (527K). Pataki (31K) is mentioned the least.

• Twitter is the top source of candidate mentions, followed by traditional news, forums, and then blogs.

• The ranking of candidate mentions differs slightly for traditional media. Trump leads (151K), but is followed by Bush (52K), Walker (31K), Rubio (24K), and Jindal (22K).

• Mentions of 31% of the candidates peak around June 24-26.

• Mentions of Kasich have the highest positive sentiment (32%), followed by Cruz (30%). Mentions of Graham have the lowest positive sentiment (19%).

• Mentions of Trump have the highest negative sentiment (26%), followed by Perry and Graham (25% each). Mentions of Kasich have the lowest negative sentiment (13%).

Trump leads with 8.3M mentions, followed by Cruz (729K), Walker (564K), and Bush (527K). Who’s mentioned the least? Pataki (31K). Trump has the highest number of daily mentions at 418K, followed by Walker (155K) and Christie (119K). Republican candidates are most mentioned on Twitter. Whose mentions have the highest positive sentiment? Kasich (32%), followed by Cruz (30%). Whose mentions have highest negative sentiment? Trump (26%), followed by Perry and Graham (25% each).
