pH 7.5 at 10% (v/v) Tributyrin concentration per minute per ml of enzyme in the
milieu of 100 mM sodium phosphate buffer
Total Viable Count : Not more than 10000 cfu/mL
Colour : Yellowish green to green. The colour may vary from batch to batch and the colour
intensity is not an indication of the product quality
Storage
Recommended storage temperature is between 4 to 8°C & maintains its declared activity for atleast 12 months.

Fermase CALB 10L is very safe to handle. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Avoid forming aerosols, wash contaminated clothing and ensure sufficient ventilation.
