Valet parking Valet parking is available Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the main entrances of:

• Ambulatory Care Center• Children’s Pavilion • Gateway Building• North Hospital/Massey Cancer Center

VCU Massey Cancer Center offers FREE valet parking validation for oncology and cellular immunotherapy and bone marrow transplant-related outpatient care and services. Patients may park at any valet location, but their ticket must be validated at Massey’s Dalton Oncology Clinic in North Hospital or in the Cellular Immunotherapies and Transplant Clinic.

Family members visiting patients who have been admitted for inpatient care must pay the full valet price. The cost is $5 per visit for the service.

Vehicle retrieval Patients may have their vehicle retrieved from any valet location, regardless of where they dropped off their car. They can provide the nearest valet attendant with their ticket.

Becky’s GardenThe healing garden at VCU Massey Cancer Center offers patients, family members and medical staff a chance to be around nature and to escape, if for only a little while, the stress and stimulation of a clinical environment.

Persons in wheelchairs may want to use the North Hospital sixth floor-to-Main Hospital second floor building connector for ease and comfort due to the brick floors on Main Hospital’s first floor.
