Can filing for Bankruptcy stop an income execution?

Yes, it will stop it. I filied bankruptcy in August of 1999 and they stop it witth me. If you don't need to file bankruptcy then you shouldn't. It something that haunts you for a long time. If you have no choice then go for it.
