Campus Recruitment Training Proposal for Engineering Students

We SSIT Pvt. Ltd., Nagpur (Maharashtra) conduct Campus Recruitment Training Programme for Engineering,

Polytechnic & M.C.A Students (first year to final year) & provide placements in reputed industries.

We all know it is difficult to get job for fresher technical students in good industries, the reason behind that

is lack of knowledge & confidence which is necessary to place in any company.

Being as a recruiter I personally believe training is important for fresher students to make them industry

made ready & provide placements at college door steps.

SSIT Pvt. Ltd. Is a pioneer company in training & placements having proven track records of placements

among Maharashtra & across the region.

In our training programme we mainly emphasize on aptitude test, logical reasoning, verbal ability, group

discussion & personal interview. We conduct training programme for 5 to 7 days which includes above

topics.

After completion of training we normally start our placements from December & finish it before completion

of academic session i.e. March or April.

Terms & Conditions:

Minimum 100 students will require for CRT Programme.

Minimum 3 companies will visit at college campus for placement drive.

SSIT Pvt. Ltd. Nagpur will not be responsible for exact number of placement. Duration of the training will be 7 days & per batch duration will be 6 hrs in a day. Training notes will be provided to every student. SSIT will also provide participation

certificate after completion of training. After completion of training company will visit at college premises for selection of

candidates. The selection process will s t ar t from December or J a n u a ry & will finish

before March or April. College can conduct CRT training for first year to final year students but campus will be

provided for final year engineering students only Only final year engineering students of 2015-2016 batches will be eligible for placement. Selection of candidates will depend on their knowledge & performance shown during

interview. Only registered & good Companies will visit at the time of placement drive. SSIT Nagpur will provide companies belong to India. It’s not mandatory that SSIT will

provide companies belong to Maharashtra only.

At the time of Recruitment expenses of HR-Person & their team members for ex.

Accommodation, Food and logistic Charges must be borne by college only.



Accommodation and food must be provided by college to training members of SSIT at the

time of training programme.

Before finalization of training Programme College management or T.P.O. can verify

training quality of SSIT. College can also verify our last year placements performance

where we have conducted training programme.

If candidates are not joining the company due to location problem then SSIT is not

responsible & it will count as a placement figure.

Training & placement officer should verify company’s details before visiting at

college premises

College need to pay the fees after completion of training programme & it must be pay in

the form of cheque or Demand Draft payable in favour of Swaranjal Selokar Information

Technology Private Limited, Nagpur

The programme fees include service tax i.e. 14%.
